What do you like best about OnceHub?

ScheduleOnce is super easy to use and set up. And I really like how it automatically resizes to different screens and browsers without cutting off the buttons the user needs to navigate the scheduler and complete the booking. What do you dislike about OnceHub?

The first time you log into ScheduleOnce you're redirected to the OnceHub portal. So for a split second, I thought I was in the wrong place. Also, the first couple of times setting up a calendar, I needed to get used to the naming conventions they use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnceHub?

I liked how easy and fast it was to schedule new meetings using a chatbox. It sent the invitations to the attendees right away with the necessary information to join the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The moment I started to work with a partner the fees of the tool skyrocketed and it was not possible to continue using it. I had to find another option to schedule meetings with prospects and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnceHub?

The ease and efficiency in which a client can schedule an appointment. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful in addressing all over our concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnceHub?

If there were something we could choose, it would be to have an administrative override to book an appointment under a specific link for a time that isn't listed or available for a client. What do you like best about OnceHub?

It is free for 25 users which is great for small teams and non-commercial projects. We were able to greatly streamline appointment booking with it. It is in my opinion the best free option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnceHub?

There is a bit of a learning curve to set it up. Also, you can only link one calendar to it with is a bummer. Competition like Calendly allows you to add multiple calendars and hence is way more effective if you have multiple accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnceHub?

I like the integration with Google Calendar and the fact that I can send a link to someone and let them pick their own time. I also like the level of customization I can do with recurring availability and date-specific availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the Zoom integration was available with a lower level paid plan--I can't justify increasing my subscription just for that, but it does require some manual input for meeting links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
