**What do you like best about Omnia360?**

The look of the system is aesthetically pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Omnia360?**

The system is not intuitive at all, or easy for a user to navigate through.  The reporting is lacking & automation is very limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Omnia360:**

Truly consider what you need the system to perform beforehand.  What automation do you need?  What reporting do you need?  The automation has been limited, issues with the system take a long time to get resolved if they do.  This system may be wonderful from a billing system perspective but if you are looking to be as effecient as possible, understand that there will still be manual processes, and many.

**What problems is Omnia360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's being used as as billing platform for broadband services & for that function it is nice.  The Dashboard capabilities are helpful as well when managing several responsibilities.
