What do you like best about Omnia360?

What do you dislike about Omnia360?

The system is not intuitive at all, or easy for a user to navigate through. The reporting is lacking & automation is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Omnia360:

Truly consider what you need the system to perform beforehand. What automation do you need? What reporting do you need? The automation has been limited, issues with the system take a long time to get resolved if they do. This system may be wonderful from a billing system perspective but if you are looking to be as effecient as possible, understand that there will still be manual processes, and many. What problems is Omnia360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's being used as as billing platform for broadband services & for that function it is nice. The Dashboard capabilities are helpful as well when managing several responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
