The features available in OfficeRnD makes it easy for an administrator to properly control its environment. It was important for me to be able to control different office spaces with different reservation policies which is not only available, but easy to use.
In terms of the user's perspective, the platform is simple, clean and easy to understand. The option to allow or block recurring bookings helps users better organize their weeks. The meeting rooms tab available to user is especially useful to see different availabilities of different meetings spaces at a glance.
I've also had a very easy process from the beginning of the acquisition all the way up to the onboarding process. The support was always available!

A feature I wish was available is a synchronization with Outlook's "Scheduling assistant". With a similar feature in OfficeRnd, organizing meetings based on user's availabilites would be a good way to centralize everything within OfficeRnD. Currently, we might still have users that will use Outlook to book meetings to make sure that everyone is available.
Another feature that can be really useful is the ability to somehow synchronize OfficeRnD's schedule to Outlook. To clarify, it will be useful if Outlook can know if the user is in office or remote based on their bookings. Because this platform will be used on the daily, a feature of this sort will help centralize everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
