**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

I can see who is in the office and book my place in with two taps on my phone, with good integration benefits with Google calendar for intelligence purposes. No issues with performance in the app or on mobile if needed. We've been using it for some time and it has been a great match for our office culture!

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

The main downside is when people aren’t using the product.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a limited amount of seats at the office and Workplace is able to help us maximize and be efficient with our set-up. Specifically I like how hotdesks can be booked well in advance while you're also booking a board room or a larger meeting room at the same time.

In fact, this is exactly what we needed.What I like best about OfficeRnD Workplace is how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It makes managing hybrid workplaces, desks, meeting rooms, and employees extremely easy, while also providing a modern and seamless user experience.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

There are a few areas where the platform could improve, such as adding more advanced customization options for reports and workflows. However, the team is very responsive and continuously improving the product.

OfficeRnD Workplace helps us efficiently manage hybrid work, desk booking, and office space utilization in one centralized platform. It has improved workplace organization, reduced administrative overhead, and made the employee experience much smoother and more flexible.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

I really liked using the new Data Hub feature, to extract hotdesk bookings data and collect them in report, both PDF and Excel CSV format files. It was very easy retrieving data for my managers :) As location admin, I use to books hotdesks for some external suppliers who needs to work on a hotdesk rather than booking a meeting room. 
I also appreciated the "archive" option when removing some hotdesk due to a latest relocation of them.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

Still confirm that, as location admin, I would like to suggest a direct link to reach Calendar bookings

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using OfficeRnD Hybrid this year, after coming back from the past 2-years-old Coronavirus situation. 
We had the need to allow all internal users having the chance to work on both smart working and office modalities, to simply book the universal hotdesks I created internally into all the offices I can do this. 
Moreover, we had the need to not extend the chance of booking over 2 weeks.
Last but not the least, we had the need to allow all users to continue booking meeting rooms even from their Outlook clients, but also from OfficeRnD, synchronyzing the 2 systems.

The combination of physical/geographical + visual map - you can see the faces of colleagues who are currently in the office;

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

Meeting rooms are displayed in a tabular form vs on the office map; on the same screen, there is no focus at the start of your working hours, instead the screen is positioned at the early a.m. hours which is not practical.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can always pick the best spot for your day at the office. There is no overlap for meeting rooms. There is visibility for the entire team on who is present at the office.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

Our team has been quite happy with OfficeRnD. It serves the main purpose - allowing us to manage our office desks, as we have limited space for a bigger team. The Google extension allowing connection with Google Cal is a really nice addition, allowing me to see how's in the office alongside my own schedule overview. I personally like the meeting room booking option, however we haven't used it as Google services this same need.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

The product does the job. However, I don't truly see new ways in which the product can be improved an expanded on the already existing functionalities.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage a limited office space with a growing team :) We can clearly see which desks are dedicated and which ones are hot desks, enabled for booking from anyone on the team.

Convince of knowing what is available in the office as I work mostly remote.

Sometimes it would crash during my QR on our parking spaces when it scans it decides it to rotates the screen and it will sometimes bugout and close without me being sure if i really confirmed my spot.

Knowing where to park and if i forgot my laptop which machines are available in the office.

Being able to set up recurring bookings and have visibility on which desks are free and who is in the office is helpful.

Having an option to 'switch' desks would be helpful, rather than canceling and re-booking another desk

Office space uses a hotelling system, where each staff member has to book a desk when they come in. This system allows staff to have one central location to book desks and meeting rooms.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

The features available in OfficeRnD makes it easy for an administrator to properly control its environment. It was important for me to be able to control different office spaces with different reservation policies which is not only available, but easy to use. 

In terms of the user's perspective, the platform is simple, clean and easy to understand. The option to allow or block recurring bookings helps users better organize their weeks. The meeting rooms tab available to user is especially useful to see different availabilities of different meetings spaces at a glance.

I've also had a very easy process from the beginning of the acquisition all the way up to the onboarding process. The support was always available! 

Overall, I think the platform is well adapted for businesses!

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

A feature I wish was available is a synchronization with Outlook's "Scheduling assistant". With a similar feature in OfficeRnd, organizing meetings based on user's availabilites would be a good way to centralize everything within OfficeRnD. Currently, we might still have users that will use Outlook to book meetings to make sure that everyone is available.

Another feature that can be really useful is the ability to somehow synchronize OfficeRnD's schedule to Outlook. To clarify, it will be useful if Outlook can know if the user is in office or remote based on their bookings. Because this platform will be used on the daily, a feature of this sort will help centralize everything.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to assign an office and remote schedule to our employees on top of being able to book meeting spaces.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

I have been using Office RnD for managing the amenity spaces at my properties. The platform has been great and has minimized tenants needing to go through me to make a reservation. Its easy for both myself and my tenants which is our ultimate goal.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

I dont love that there is not an app for the administrator and everything needs to be done throug a webpage.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the problem of residents needing to wait for me to respond to them about a reservation in our community spaces. It also saves me time from having to create my own hand written calendar for this.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

The ability to create our own resource types, booking policies and office maps, while still staying inside the platform's consistent UI experience in Web, mobile and Teams.
Being able to onboard and sync user accounts via Azure SCIM and SSO to simplify the management of staff accounts.
Lots of great features, with the ability to start simple and enable features into our environment after going live as we develop our various use cases over time.
Simple Azure/Entra integration for SCIM and SSO.

Ease of Use:
The ability to create our own resource types, booking policies, and office maps while maintaining the platform’s consistent UI experience across web, mobile, and Teams.

Features:
There are lots of great features, with the option to start simple and enable additional features in our environment after going live as we develop various use cases over time.

Integration:
Straighforward Azure/Entra integration for SCIM and SSO. We were able to automatically onboard and sync user accounts via Azure SCIM and SSO to simplify the management of staff accounts.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

Features:
The only limitation we encountered was not being able to access the room availability screens directly on Crestron panels via the unique public URLs once we enabled SSO. 
Integration:
It would be better if they published branded Azure/Entra Enterprise Apps instead of requiring customers to create their own bespoke app registrations and enterprise apps. The configurations are simple enough, though.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system solves two core problems for UniQuest
1. Remote staff being able to book a desk, or someone's office while they are not in, whe they visit our offices.
2. Being able to see if it is worth coming into the office on that day, by seeing who is in.
Solving these two interdependent problems in one platform enables our staff to efficiently coordinate days in the office across all teams in the business. This greatly improves our ability to collaborate while maximising the use of our facilities.

Simple way to setup and get working. Easy end user experiance, great way to help manage stats on office occupancy and understand desk usage.

When booking desks it does not clearly show a resourse if booked later on in the day. It would be good for this be shown either by changing the colour or adding a icon to show desk is booked later on in the day and not available all day.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

Loads of features that suit a range of business sizes. It looks great too. Profetional looking homepage that should encourage staff to use the software. Allows a business to keep staff up to date with announcements, events or important information all in one handy space. Customer support is great and onboarding with Ivan was a good experience. I have found the site easy to navigate and am confident in using the platform.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

When trying to populate pages with your own information, such as How to Guides or other Custom Pages, there is very little in the way of customisation options. This makes our own content look and feel very different to the rest of OfficeRnD. It looks unprofessional. I would like to see options to really customize a page (think wordpress) by adding pictures, headings, and so on. I also think the colour of resources on our maps should be customisable. It looks confusing if desks are the same colour as meetings rooms, private offices, or other custom resources. They should all turn grey when unavailable of course, but this small change would be welcome, as visual people neurodivergent, can struggle with differenciating the resources. It also would look more professional and attractive.

Although I have no issues at the moment, I hope that some features will be added as mentioned before. Specifically with reguards to customising pages with text and images.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

OfficeRnD's Hybrid gives you plenty of features, that are really useful for many different scenarios. It seems like it doesn't really matter if your company is big or small, there is always good solution for your need. Integration and implementation were really easy, and if you needed help, their tutorials were easy to follow. If that wasnt enough to answer your problem, their support was really fast and professional. At simplest, users are able to book a desk or meeting room in 2 clicks. And for admins, SSO and SCIM makes the world much easier! Our company targets to everyday usage for this application, as it provides much more than just desk-booking.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

It's really hard to find anything bad to say about OfficeRnD's Hybrid, but if you really need to say something negative, or rather "something to develope", it is tutorials. Sometimes they might be a bit outdated (Thanks to Microsoft changing the name and GUI of Azure/Entra). Even after this, their tutorials are pretty good!

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hybrid enables us to see how much each desk or meeting rooms are used, but also enables us to fight against "ghost bookings", so resources can be free for people who really need them at that time! This helps our people to find free meeting rooms quickly, and also to see where free desks are located.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

We haven't gone live yet, but the few users I have granted access to have all complimented how easy OfficeRnD is to use and how well it integrates into our existing software.  We wanted something that people would engage with and be able to use without having to spend to much time learning a new system as this can be offputting, OfficeRnD has ticked all those boxes. The data analysis is going to be key in decision making regarding our offices and their usage and I know the exec team are looking forward to seeing the data. 
There are plenty of features which help bring transparency and togetherness within our business - something we were lacking before. 

The highlight for me so far though has been the implementation, I have onboarded a lot of new software over the years and this has been the most supportive and detailed onboarding I've experienced. Ivan has been fantastic in ensuring we are fully set up, answering any questions I had and has a genuine care for ensuring our set up was ready for launch. Ivan's knowledge of the product is excellent, and he took the time to cover every area to understand whether it was relevant for our business or not - he was also honest about whether something would work for us or not which I felt was great customer support! He is an asset to the company and I look forward to working with him should I need any further support.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

I haven't really used it enough to highlight any downsides and I'm pretty happy with everything so far - there are elements I wont need to use but its simple to remove them from our company profile and we always switch them on if we change our minds! 

It would be good to have he ability to change the office layout within the web page as I had to purchase a licence to design our office layout but that's it.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to have transparency in the company and stop over crowding or double booking office space. Our current system is heavily reliant on people and a spreadsheet and its just not working. 

The H&S element of being able to see whos in each office is key for my role, and helps highlight where we need additional training for first aid and fire wardens.

In a Hybrid environment, it is helping us to ensure that everyone has an assigned seat when they arrive at the office.  There is a benefit to the additional information provided with the recent additions of AV equipment in some of our meeting rooms

Because we have a small office, we want to avoid situations where someone comes in and doesn't have a space to sit. Having this booking system will prevent issues like that. Additionally, since we are remote-first, the office is not always utilized. This platform will be beneficial for finance to track data on how the space is being utilized, helping us order supplies accordingly.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

We were looking for a simple solution, that could be implemented in short period. Office RnD offered what we were looking for as an overall platform.
There is a solid onboarding structure and in general the support to get things moving has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

During the setup, we discovered certain aspects where I would have liked more input or configuration option, but we worked out solutions in the end.
The icons and amenities to descrivbe areas and desk setups are totally irrelevant and the the ones really needed are not available, nor can you upload any. Sit / stand desk for example.
Booking policies are designated to the desk instead of the person booking. We wanted to give Team leaders the availability to book longer in advance.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to constrained desk availabilty during a refurb period, we needed a system to ensure anyone visiting the office has got a desk. We also wanted to ensure people can sit with their team (here I would have liked an option that your team area is the primary selection to book a desk and only if there are no more desks available, can you move into a neighbouring section)

It is very user friendly and allows for easy administration on our end. The feedback from our users has been very good so far. The integration with Microsoft Teams makes it even better for our employees to book their ressources.
The support team was very helpful for the implementation in our company.

A minor issue is that bookings that were made in the past and run for multiple weeks, can not be changed directly. I have to cancel the booking and create a new one with the changes for future dates.

We swapped from a fixed desk setup to a free seating setup in our remote offices. OfficeRnD was very good in our trial phase for a booking system.

I miss being able to set a schedule for my desks. If I want to turn off the desk for one or two days, I have to set the time it should be visible and then the time it should be active again. This could be handled with a simple schedule.

We allow employees to start work between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., but there are no free parking spaces around 7:30 a.m. Currently, employees starting at 9 have a chance to park at the company. Limiting the  number of rooms for teams - not everyone needs to have a permanent desk.

It is really easy to use and has a good App and it integrates with Teams.
It was easy to add our own office plan and tag it appropriately. 
It is quick to use and the whole company has only good things to say about it.
There are good analytics to review how often the office is used.

There is only one issue that I have come across which is that when you login to view who is in the office it shows who is in but not always where they are sitting. However, as soon as I double click on one of the desks the names appear, but I feel I should not have to.

We had an issue with people turning up to the office and finding they did not have a desk space or that everyone was coming in on certain days. This has helped us manage this.

It helps us to manage our new hot desking system efficently, one of the best things about office Rnd Hybrid is being able to set workplace policies to control who can use it. It is very simple and straightforward for users.

The OfficeRnD Hybrid tool is very useful and has function which are good to use in daily buisness. Also the implementation together with two Consultants was very easy. The Consultants were very adaptive and we could implement the System with in 3 hours. They also gave a training to our employee. The Tool is easy to use for Employee. The Visualization with the office map is really helpful for Employee and for our IT Service Desk.

At the current situation the tranlation for German is not the best. Some feature i wish for the Future would be, that Employee can book shared Desk for Visitors, that the Announcments are more editable in the Admin page and on the Mobile Phone is the office map to small and all desk are over each other and last but not least the feature to add multiple accounts to one group at once. Currently you need to add each account manually.

We are in contact with the OfficeRnD Team to solve the Problems i've described above. They replied very gentle to our Feedback and tried to give us a workaround for the moment, while they try to fix these issues

The most I like about OfficeRnD Hybrid is easy to lear for users, easy to manage, I can put photos there and also I can see every reservation on tablets in meeting rooms thanks to OfficeRnD Hybrid Rooms Display. I can personalize OfficeRnD Hybrid however I can.

At this moment I can't see anything which I don't like about OfficeRnD Hybrid. Maybe the price could be a bit lower, but it's just one thing.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

OfficeRnD provides an easy-to-use experience to allow our users to book desks.  It integrates well with Google Workspace, our primary tool, and in particular, we really like the integration with Google Calendar. The system was easy to implement and was stood up for use within a few hours. The web app is good and the mobile app is also really useful.

Our onboarding call with OfficeRnD's specialist was really informative, and he also recorded a tailored end-user walkthrough, which was really useful.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

We've found support to be slow to come back to us on one thing, which has been frustrating.

There are a few small issues, which aren't game changers.
It would be nice to have the option to sync user's profile pics from Google Workspace - currently you can only import the basic user info.
It would be good to have some kind of mechanism to display certain user information (eg. it would be good if you could easily show fire marshalls, first aiders etc).
A small gripe, but when setting out the desk plans, it would be nice to have the option to snap desks into position, so they're all lined up nicely.

It allows our staff to easily book a desk, when they need it directly from their Google Calendar, find other employees using the map function and report on attendance.

New users were able to book a desk with no instructions provided.  We had a tight deadline to implement, and the team was able to meet our deadline.  Additional support was provided when a few tech steps didn't go as planned.

Not functional with Microsoft MyApps.  Would like the ability to have a space that is dedicated on certain days and a hotdesk on other days.

Excellent and fast cooperation in the tender and preparation of contractual arrangements. Perfect controlled onboarding and support, very smooth activation of integrations with MS 365 (users, calendars, MS Teams). We did not encounter any functional deficiencies, mainly because there was a rigorous selection on the market based on the requirements.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?**

The translations into the Slovak language were inaccurate, on the other hand, there are only a few products that offer this mutation. Language corrections were carried out promptly.
We also have a reservation regarding the method of personal data protection for customers in the EU. We have no reservations about security, but there is a possibility of transfer to countries outside the EU in the terms of the contract.

In our company, there was a clear definition of the hybrid work model, commuting to work and reduction of the used space with the aim of renting the premises. More efficiency in the use of desks is needed.

There is nothing to dislike generally about the the OfficeRND product, like any cloud based SaaS product you are limited to the product and its road map, OfficeRND have been forthright in providing updates and additional functions and features.

Efficiently allowing desk bookings within the organisations buildings to enable our Hybrid working programme.

Easy to use.  Intuitive features.  Scalable to Large office, but not overkill for small office.  Easy integration to MS Teams and MS Outlook.  Implementation was straight forward.

They need a middle ground pricing for small office.  On boarding support was excellent.  Online general customer support is lacking.

Since COVID, we are not requiring employees to come into the office.  We therefore scaled back our office foot print and moved to a new location.  For 38 people there are only 10 office, 7 of which are dedicated to those employees coming in to work every day.  The other 3 offices and 18 cubes will be reservable.  The software will also allow for employees to see who is in the office which will assist with project collaberation.

To make our desks available to users in a timely manner and give them enough time to book, we wanted to limit the cancellation to atleast 5 days before the appointment. This feature isn't available right now, but, as it is a nice to have for us, we still feel OfficeRnD's product has more than enough other features to overcome this.

OfficeRnD is helping us manage our office space more effiently, helping our employees book desks in a more timely manner and provide management the required analytics to assess and manage the hybrid work environment.
