Our staff have been able to pick it up quickly and starting using it without any issues. This application meets all of our needs in an office that's just moving into a hoteling environment. I'm used to large software providers and a step by step guided implementation. Our implementation specialist was wonderful and sent weekly updates on what I needed to work on, but didn't like reading articles to figure it out. All of that being said - the software is easy to use and very intuitive so this is just kind of nit picky....and again...of implementation specialist was wonderful and responsive. We are going from a dedicated office environment to a hybrid work, hoteling environment. It's made that more accessible as people can easily book their workspace for the day or their schedule. I had limited time to review a solution, so it was vital that the solutions I looked at had the option to get a trial up and running ASAP. Many online solutions didn't offer this, but OfficeRnD gave me a full trial to kick off and review thoroughly without having to go through a wall of salespeople. Once I logged in, it was clear very quickly that the interface and general organisation of the application was well thought through, easy to use and understand and most importantly gave me the control I wanted to manage the setup as I wanted so I could manage myself rather than having to wait and pay for support/development. Without Bias, I can not think of anything I didn't like about the application itself or how the team at OficeRnD supported and helped. Even to the point that we had a requirement for a mix of their two pricing models, they assisted and came up with an affordable and appropriate solution to meet our needs. Our need was for a desk booking solution for one of our smaller offices in Germany. Having no technical staff and limited admin team on site, OfficeRnD allowed us to quickly create a powerful booking solution that we could roll out to our local and executive staff. This meant office visits were made more manageable without having to engage in a complicated processes locally that would take up local staff time and effort. This will help employees come into the office more as the ensurance of having a desk under their name will encourage more frequent days in office. Tried it in their demo environment first, and then it was easy to get all conference rooms connected, and workplaces added. That you can't assign multiple people to a single workplace-node and that you still need outlook . But they are always impoving the product, and I have sent it in as a wish. We had several meeting room displays that didn't work correctly and several new ones without displays. Instead of buying 20 new displays we now use our own mobile phone to find and book a room quickly. An environmentally friendly solution. Because we employ more staff and at the same time more people are working from home, we needed to share the workspaces and book a workplace for a day or for a longer period.
