From the beginning with sales to getting the software up and running has been easy. I have spent most of the time talking with the Customer Success Manager, Teddy. He is extremely patient and does a great job explaining the benefits of the software. He has helped numerous times with any questions that I have and is quick to respond. The software is perfect for our company to help better utilize our space within 3 different buildings across the state. I would highly recommend the software. It's very robust and customizable, so it can be tailored to whatever needs your business has. They also have some of the best customer support I've ever experienced with a software company. Their team is very knowledgeable and always available to help if anything every comes up! **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?** The only thing I don't love about Office RnD is that, because it's so robust, it can be a little cumbersome to manage sometimes. Some of the staff started using it without a demo/being shown without issue, it's that simple. Great customer service. The OfficeRnD team were around for any questions and helped resolved any issues/queries very quickly and continued to catch up with us weeks/months after we launched the software within the company. As well as helping our team move into hybrid working, we have been using the software to analyse the data of the office use, which has been a great help for some of our team who are currently working on a project based around this. The software has many features, some of which we haven't tried yet, and the company continues to update and improve on the software. The features we have used are very straight forward to use - whether it be setting up the amenities on the desk or creating events/surveys on the platform. It has a little bit of everything to help run the hybrid environment smoothly. **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?** The help documents/videos were sometimes for the other version of the software (there is two different ones) than the one i was using, however the company seems to have addressed this since. **What problems is OfficeRnD Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a hybrid environment for our staff coming back into the office after covid/lockdown. Allowing staff to book a desk in advance if they wish to work in the office instead of at home. Benefits - no one is coming in and struggling to find a desk (one of our offices is very small). Helps new starts learn people's names. Allows us to monitor how busy the office is getting. We've been able to plan staff events around the busier days when more people are in the office. ### 18. This way we know who's in and who's out. The overview of the floorplan is helpful, super easy to adjust in the editing part of the website. **What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Workplace?** Not neccesary a dislike about officernd, but it's quiet hard to let all the colleagues reserve the desk and actually check them if they did it. Right now it's a service we just use every now and then instead of it making mandatory. The software in addition to the web portal for users has multiple integrations, such as Single Sign On (SSO), Teams and Outlook plus iOS and Android apps that team members can download. Easy navigation, ease of use, we can set reminders for people to check in to their desks to help manage desk availability. The software has a section where each office can have its own info page; this is great for employees travelling to another office. As a new client, you get the feeling they are a small, growing company, keen to keep the product moving forward, to gather feedback and hear suggestions for future improvements.
