I loved Ocoya at first - then after a while, realized that they promise to deliver and never, ever ship. They still list everything as "coming soon" and never add it. I no longer use it all the time to manage social media content planning and management for clients & their campaigns. The app is straightforward to navigate and has a lot of different tools you can use to generate & plan campaigns rapidly and their Travis aI is a pretty great. I also like how the images and templates are so easy to pull together solid posts with plenty of external integrations and graphics tools. If you don't care about having anything more than what they offer and have no interest in expanding to more social networks and use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Promor Republic and the like, you'll be amazed at what Ocoya can do for your client's social campaigns. The biggest drawback is that I'm still waiting for their GMB / Google Business Profile posting feature to go live. This is the most important network for our work and it's critical for local seo clients. I'm sure they are just battling the process of getting Google to clear their api hurdles in order to release this. Hopefully this will be finalized soon & we'll have the whole enchilada. It's probably one of the better social media scheduling platforms I have used. My main account I have enjoyed. Clean UI, great A.I. implementations, fully featured. The potential is easy to see and appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The positive reviews are incentivised to be give good reviews. Slow customer support. False Feature promises. The lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise.

I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week since this post.

I can't even call it support. It's a chat team that then delegates work to developers.

This support is so bad and slow that you do not want to participate with the platform.

Joe will talk to you like you're stupid, ignore the messages you've sent, or simply imply that you are the one doing something wrong for an error to occur, and seems to just lie sometimes or does not know what is or isn't going on.

I had a relatively simple and easy account issue that needed resolved that has never, with any other application or support team, taken so long or been this difficult to get done.

There is currently no native integration for YouTube, Pinterest or Google Business Profile, with the only option to connect those being through Zapier.

As an early adopter of Ocoya, I was initially excited about their promises of forthcoming integrations, specifically with Google Business. However, after 18 months, that has yet to materialise. The scheduling tool was very unreliable for a long long time, though seems ot be much better now.

The most concerning issue I've encountered, though, is their approach to customer feedback. When I asked a simple question in their Facebook group about the Google Business integration timeline, I was promptly blocked without any explanation. I did not express anger or use any inappropriate language; I simply wanted an update on a feature that had been promised since the beginning. It is disheartening to see the founders of Ocoya responding to customer concerns in a seemingly childish way. Blocking users who provide constructive feedback or ask legitimate questions is not how i would wish to build a successful business or foster customer loyalty. Calendar and AI make it easy to organize your social communication! vI have been using it for a short time but I can already feel satisfied. It is very glitchy.

Sometimes my scheduled posts just don't get posted. Sometimes they post but with only half the caption. Some times they seem to post somewhere, as I can see in my notifications that someone has liked it, but the post doesn't appear in my grid?

I am unable to edit any of the images in ocoya, everytime I try I just get their timer symbol going round in circles forever.

If a scheduled post doesn't successful post, I am unable to edit it and repost it - I have to re write the post in full.

I have emailed customer services but they have stopped replying to me and have offered no help at all.

I’ve also tried their Facebook group but either they don’t approve my posts or if I comment on someone else’s post they ignore me.

So I can’t get any help.

My subjective issue was that the analytics feature has not been as robust as hoped. But reaching out to the great support team, I realized that the correct usage makes it easy to track the effectiveness of ads and content. The software is in its initial stages of development, but they are moving relatively fast. They have some

"growing pains" in the form of some relatively small bugs, but I am expecting and hoping those get resolved
