I loved Ocoya at first - then after a while, realized that they promise to deliver and never, ever ship. They still list everything as "coming soon" and never add it. I no longer use it all the time to manage social media content planning and management for clients & their campaigns. The app is straightforward to navigate and has a lot of different tools you can use to generate & plan campaigns rapidly and their Travis aI is a pretty great. I also like how the images and templates are so easy to pull together solid posts with plenty of external integrations and graphics tools. If you don't care about having anything more than what they offer and have no interest in expanding to more social networks and use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Promor Republic and the like, you'll be amazed at what Ocoya can do for your client's social campaigns. Otherwise, you have to manage your expectations and understand that this wil never be more than what it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest drawback is that I'm still waiting for their GMB / Google Business Profile posting feature to go live. This is the most important network for our work and it's critical for local seo clients. I'm sure they are just battling the process of getting Google to clear their api hurdles in order to release this. Hopefully this will be finalized soon & we'll have the whole enchilada.
