I signed up for a free trial and attempted to cancel it well before the deadline. However, Ocoya's cancellation button was completely broken and non-functional, making it impossible to terminate the trial. They then automatically charged my bank account and are now flatly refusing to issue a refund. This is an illegal "dark pattern" designed to trap users and steal their money, directly violating UK Consumer Rights and EU cross-border trading laws.Their support team sends automated templates and refuses to cooperate. If you are trapped in this same scenario, do not waste time begging them for a refund. Call your bank immediately and demand a Chargeback or Section 75 dispute for unauthorized billing due to a broken cancellation system. I have already formally reported Ocoya UAB to Action Fraud UK and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Avoid this company at all costs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
