**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

I really appreciate OceanFrogs' EU-based data storage and strict data-minimization design, which eliminates compliance stress and saves our admin and compliance teams a significant amount of labor. The Southern Germany-focused prospect filtering system is tailor-made for local creative service providers like us. It helps by delivering curated lists of high-intent leads, cutting our lead research workload in half. I also appreciate how OceanFrogs' enriched lead data seamlessly connects with our arkflux CRM and Encharge marketing workflows, significantly boosting our email engagement and conversion rates. The business milestone tracking function is extremely practical, allowing us to reach out at the optimal time and support long-term business planning. Unlike bloated international platforms, OceanFrogs zeroes in on our needs, ensuring privacy safety, hyper-local lead accuracy, and native compatibility with our workflow, making it indispensable for streamlining our client acquisition pipeline.

**What do you dislike about OceanFrogs?**

First, there is no native automated sync with our arkflux CRM and Encharge marketing automation tool. At present, I have to manually export CSV lead datasets from OceanFrogs every month, clean redundant or duplicate entries, and manually import the processed lists into our CRM before segmenting audiences in Encharge. This whole process takes around 3 to 4 hours of my working time during peak business seasons. Second, its dashboard customization and reporting templates lack creative-industry tailored options. The built-in charts and reports focus purely on generic B2B sales metrics with no pre-built filters for visual media verticals such as retail product photography, corporate brand shoots, or industrial catalog imaging. Every time I prepare operational reports for studio leadership, I need to repeatedly recreate custom filters to separate leads by photography service demand. There are no ready PDF templates branded with our studio logo, so I must copy screenshots and reformat all analytics slides in external document software for internal planning meetings.

OceanFrogs streamlines B2B lead sourcing, ensuring GDPR compliance and reducing research workload by 50%. It enriches CRM data for targeted marketing, tracks corporate updates for timely outreach, and standardizes lead segmentation to optimize cross-team collaboration.

**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

OceanFrogs provides reliable access to GCC company data with solid coverage across industries. The accuracy and cleanliness of the database stood out compared to other providers we’ve tried. Their customer support is proactive and responsive, which made implementation and usage much easier. The data is easy to integrate into existing workflows, and the overall process of accessing and applying insights has been straightforward.

**What do you dislike about OceanFrogs?**

While the database is strong, updates could be more frequent to ensure we always have the most current view of companies in the region. In a few niche segments, firmographic depth could be expanded further. These are not blockers, but areas that could make the product even more valuable.

**What problems is OceanFrogs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OceanFrogs helped us address the challenge of finding accurate and comprehensive GCC company data for our target segments. Instead of spending time piecing together information from multiple sources, we now have a single, reliable database that supports prospecting, market analysis, and campaign planning. This has improved the efficiency of our outreach efforts, reduced time spent on manual research, and given our sales and marketing teams more confidence in the quality of their pipeline.

**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

Its third-party integration helped us a lot in working and functioning efficiently as we didn’t have to jump between multiple apps for our work. Their integration with API is the best feature they have, and the feature to recognize new channel partners using partnership intents helps us achieve our goals. While working on Oceanfrog we were able to make a list and segment our accounts based on our tech, spending, and buying intent. The platform was really easy to implement for our organization.

**What do you dislike about OceanFrogs?**

The dashboard of Oceanfrog is very dull and unattractive and the tools present there are also very complicated to understand. Sometimes the data provided by Oceanfrog is not accurate and correct which caused problems while working on the software. The UI of Oceanfrog is complicated for beginners to understand making it difficult to use to the optimum level.  Customer support of the platform needs to be improved as many times they don't respond.

**What problems is OceanFrogs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the best market intelligence platform available in the platform. Its third-party integration helped us a lot in working and functioning efficiently as we didn’t have to jump between multiple apps for our work and their AI-driven pitches helped us a lot to appeal to our accounts and buyers. And the data were also very accurate and human-verified as well. What we liked the most while working on Oceanfrogs was we were able to make a list and segment our accounts based on our tech, spending, and buying intent.

**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

Ripplehire uses OceanFrogs to get intelligence on companies with intent - investing in talent acquisition. Our ICP is niche. Other database providers typically provide generic data. We evaluated several over the years.  

The data from Oceanfrogs is not stale. Accuracy is super high. I love that they have useful filters on the platform. We can assign accounts to Sales Rep based on territories. We can get data on IT (medium and large) companies.

I especially love their Customer support. Their customer success/support team worked with our market researchers, making sure that we have the best coverage of the market.

**What do you dislike about OceanFrogs?**

Nothing specific. They understand marketing deeply so are able to transition as partners from just data to intent-investing to marketing insights.

OceanFrogs provides quality data as per your persona. Also, relationship building touchpoints are a great source.

We are building our outbound outreach team. We use a bunch of tools for marketing and sales. For Sales intelligence, we signed up with OceanFrogs.

We want to make sure that every Sales Representative has enough accounts to chase in a quarter. OceanFrogs allows us to do that. I love how edtech companies are identified based on products they sell. The different filters become really handy as a result.

Orgzit engaged OceanFrogs to get intelligence on companies with intent, operating in construction and manufacturing industries.

The quality of data from Oceanfrogs was much better than any other source such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Zoominfo.

Data accuracy is good. The application has the most important filters.

Nothing. Oceanfrigs has worked very well for us. The data quality and the pricing are all good.

OceanFrogs provided us with filters on companies by their specific industry category. These filters were not available with other vendors that we checked.

Orgzit wanted to fill not just the top funnel but we also needed to increase engagements with the middle funnel. Their playbooks and support has really helped us succeed in increasing the engagement rate for our lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Amura engaged OceanFrogs to get intelligence on companies with intent - investing in Human Resources, Employee Well-being, and Talent Management and their decision makers. 

We are having great conversations and engagement with prospects. It has been only a few months. The best part , who all we sent the campaigns  to, mostly is getting engaged.

OceanFrogs provided us with filters on companies by product and solutions. These filters were not available with another vendor such as ZoomInfo.

The quality of prospects generated based on the criteria has been excellent. The mail ids have been almost 100% accurate. The fact that their search is constantly expanding to find prospects from newer sources and the intelligence one can receive on the prospects has been constantly improving as well.

The user experience of the portal can be better. To be fair, that has constantly improved as well and its not very complicated

We have used Ocean Frog's Account intelligence data to build our Account list to practice  Account based Marketing. Using this data along with intent, we are able to tier the target accounts to come up with campings that are personalized and targeted. They also provide contacts of key decision-makers that can be used in email campaigns.

**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

The team. They are super focused on making sure that we get the maximum value from using their product. I felt they were always focused on our goals and making us successful.

**What do you dislike about OceanFrogs?**

The UI needs to be a bit more intuitive. Some of the filters had to be setup manually/custom built for us. A real-time plugin to some of the tools we use like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft etc, could have helped.

**Recommendations to others considering OceanFrogs:**

Most tools in the market just contain the basics data sets like firmographics, technographic, job title, function and some news alerts etc thrown in. OceanFrogs helped us go beyond these obvious and standard lead enrichments to harness unstructured data like hiring signals, news clippings, annual reports etc and more accurately identify the account and leads that have a higher probability of conversion.

**What problems is OceanFrogs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Oceanfrogs to enrich our inbound leads and get actionable intelligence. Since OceanFrogs does this in an automated manner, it saved days and weeks of manual effort. We were able to identify high potential accounts and leads based on their size, revenue, industry segment, hiring signals, tech stack, job titles, roles, and more. Hence we were able to give more attention to leads and accounts that have a higher chance of converting.

**What do you like best about OceanFrogs?**

In a large organisation, it is very difficult to cut through the silos and integrate the data sources and then come up with actionable intelligence. OceanFrogs pertnered with us to make sense of our data and did a great job helping us to generate insights which could help us in our efforts.

The team is dedicated and is willing to get its hand dirty and persevere through lean periods till it gets the nuggets that could be useful for us. They are reachable at all times and are ever willing to help us with our problems,

In order to save time and effort, we were looking for a way to easily identify companies that would be good targets for our solutions, based on market signals that we defined. OceanFrogs was able to provide us with a list of companies with scores, and these turned out to be quite accurate

Ocean Frogs did well to understand our complex data needs. They were innovative in their approach to sharing information about both qualitative and quantitive data parameters.

Nothing as such. We did have many complaints with them.

If you are looking for a database and sales intelligence vendor who can meet your complex requirements, OceanFrogs is a good fit. They dont follow the run of the mill approach and are focussed on meeting customer expectations.

We are able to solve our database building requirements with OceanFrogs. Our requirements are a bit unique and we wanted a company who was wiling to support these unique requirements. OceanFrogs fit the bill.

The platform has features like tracking ex-user movements, decision maker intelligence, and techno graphics, which I found really useful. It also has accurate data than the competitors, at relatively cheaper price than their peers.

I loved every part of it, but would love to see more developments on the dashboard.
