The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to design and manage our site. The support team is the best we've worked with—always responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are also additional resources available for more complex edits, and the cost is very competitive. Our site speed and Core Web Vitals are strong, and we’ve seen a meaningful increase in organic traffic since making the switch. **What do you dislike about Nyla?** There is a learning curve. Some of the internal documentation don't have videos which I think would help. the support team typically can whip up a video pretty quick though. **What problems is Nyla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows our team to make important visual edits quickly. Also we don't have to worry about speed with the headless theme so we've enjoyed additional SEO benefits and traffic that leads to more traffic and sales. ### 2. As a creative retail business, we love how much freedom we have to update our assets and landing pages, paired with the user experience and attention to desktop vs mobile, and more. Our website speed has increased substantially and overall the appearance and customer experience is smooth and beautiful. It's a platform we use as part of our daily operations and management of the website, and it has transformed our accesibility to our own code as opposed to needing a web developer to adjust something as small as margins or text size. The implementation of Nyla onto our Shopify site was much faster than what it would have been with a traditional website redesign, and easily integrated with our marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and our Loyalty program. **What do you dislike about Nyla?** We don't dislike anything about Nyla. Their team is incredibly curious and solution oriented, and take feedback as well as implement updates that make the user expereince great. The only "downside" is that there is so much flexibility that it's important to understand the platform, but it's easy to pickup and the Nyla team is very responsive and helpful. **What problems is Nyla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nyla has helped us solve being able to quickly update our own website without needing a developer, improving the user experience and making our website faster. ### 3.
