I find Corpay Spend Management extremely easy to use and very safe for our company. I appreciate how fast payments are submitted and how issues that are submitted by email are replied to quickly and professionally. the only reason we are working with Corpay is there superior rebate program when paying with virtual cards; however, they did a poor job with our original contract that required them to provide two amendments in order to get the rebate program setup as promised. They make promises but fail to follow through. We use Netsuite and their integration with our ERP has not gone well. They do not understand some of the Netsuite requirements, they do not properly handle credits?!? (seems like a basic thing for a payment service), they have a big team of people but most don't know what they are doing, their customer support people are poorly trained, their vendor integration is too hands off to begin with.
