What do you like best about Corpay Complete?

What do you dislike about Corpay Complete?

I run a small business, and since one of our customers switched to Corpay, the experience has been terrible. It’s severely impacted our cash flow because I wasn’t able to set up ACH payments until receiving our first check. After finally getting that check, I called to set up ACH and was told I might get a link today or tomorrow. When I asked how long it would take once I submitted the form, no one could give me a clear answer.

It honestly feels like they’re dragging this process out on purpose. Meanwhile, they keep pushing me to use a prepaid Mastercard option — with fees that would seriously hurt our margins. This delay directly caused us to miss payroll for the first time in years, and Corpay has shown zero urgency or concern about the situation. I would not recommend this service to any business that values reliable cash flow and responsive support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Corpay Complete?

Outsourcing the distribution of funds takes away a huge burden from an Accounting staff, especially if physical checks make up a large portion of one's regular payments. The ability to track payments, view check/remittance copies, and use Corpay's robust website and report library adds excellet visibilty for managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Complete?

Accounting Departments must add to their timeline of processing payments with the additional layer of approvals to ensure due dates are met (especially if cash discounts are involved). The flexibility of cutting a check late in the day for a last minute invoice are gone - Accounting is now committed to a process. Also, while many companies are familiar with 3rd party payment processors, Accounting will need to spend some time educating its vendors on enrollment (e.g. ACH, credit card) and be comfortable directing traffic to Corpay's vendor support rather than resolving challenges on their own. Lastly, Corpay will strongly encourage enrollment in their credit card or premium ACH features, therefore Accounting Departments must have a thoughtful approach to maximize enrollment in these features without sacrificing cash discounts, incurring processing fees, or spending excessive customer service time. Processing speeds and more comprehensive credit card enrollment. Credit card enrollment can be tricky - vendors often accept credit card payments, but with certain restrictions (e.g. fees over certain dollar amounts, forfeiture of cash discounts). I think the website could be more user friendly. Its hard to navigate and takes a bit of time to get used it. We have also ran into trouble when we used our cards for bigger purchases and ran out of credit. There is no way to pay early online. I think this would be beneficial.
