What do you like best about Nuelink?

We use Nuelink daily, and it’s become a core part of our content repurposing and publishing workflow. The ease of use is one of its strongest features—it’s intuitive, clean, and doesn’t overwhelm you with clutter. Implementation was quick, and we were up and running almost immediately with very little learning curve.

The feature set is solid, with everything we need to plan, schedule, and automate across multiple platforms. It continues to expand in smart ways. Integration has been smooth with the tools we already use, which saved a ton of time and headaches.

What really sets Nuelink apart is the customer support. The team genuinely listens, responds quickly, and actually makes changes based on feedback...rare in the software world. You can feel that it’s still maturing as a platform (it has that startup energy), but everything works as promised, and nothing feels broken or half-baked.

What do you dislike about Nuelink?

It still has that startup feel, which isn’t a bad thing. Some features and flows are still being refined, and you can tell they’re actively evolving the platform. I wouldn’t call it an MVP, because everything works great and it’s stable. But if you’re expecting a fully matured enterprise tool, give it a minute. That said, I’m glad to be along for the ride. What do you like best about Nuelink?

Nuelink is hands down the most organized and efficient social media tool I’ve used. Its seamless integration with other tools in my stack—like Make.com—keeps everything running smoothly and automatically. I also appreciate the one-page site and analytics features, which make tracking and analyzing social media performance incredibly easy. It’s a real time-saver. The AI-generated content could use some improvement. It doesn’t yet match the quality of some other tools out there, which can be a little disappointing. Managing my social media accounts efficiently. What do you like best about Nuelink?

Nuelink has been a fantastic tool for managing my social media presence. It was incredibly easy to connect all my social media accounts and my Shopify store. I think I’ve only ever needed to contact customer support once — and they responded quickly and helpfully.

What I love most is how Nuelink automatically pulls products from my Shopify store and posts them to my social accounts with perfectly tailored captions. It saves me a ton of time and helps keep my content consistent across platforms.

Connecting my Shopify blog via RSS was just as easy, and now my blog posts get shared automatically without me lifting a finger. I also really appreciate the clean layout and the helpful analytics — it gives me a clear overview of what's working.

What do you dislike about Nuelink?

I use Publer for my personal accounts and Neulink for my clients. I can 100% recommend Neulink, their workspaces and AI makes it easy to manage and create content. It’s simple, powerful, and reliable. I’ve been using the Business plan for a month, and it covers everything I need—scheduling, automation, and social media management.
