"Great CPQ tool making complex quoting a breeze"
What do you like best about Nue?

There are 0 scenarios we have run into thus far that Nue can not easily support.....ranging from our sales led motion with AEs managing new business and AMs managing mid contract changes / renewals/auto renewals......discount and price tags to fit custom scenarios for clients......Nue is easily able to support our reseller motion significantly improving our billing and collections process with that channel of the business. Nue supports our trial motion well for the sales team and in-app and we have also deployed portions of their self serve and plan to continue to build more in-app functionality using Nue's APIs so clients can fully manage any and everything in-app to support the various way teams procure new products/licenses. Nue's implementation team has been phenomenal and they hold themselves accountable to the SOW which is scoped out in detail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nue?

Every CPQ has a bit of a learning curve for admins/finance teams/end users. Our team has adopted Nue well - overall i think most initial issues will come from the initial hump on learning curves and the team being forced w/ change management......and migration on the import and cleanliness of your data importing to Nue will impact any initial near term fires to put out - thankfully their team is super responsive and helpful with cleaning up any messy data from old systems. Their reporting system is fairly good using Sigma Computing but it would be nice to see some more metrics on LRR and GRR and LTV....this is coming soon i hear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nue?

The implementation team was great and very attentive to fast follow fixes. Overall the team finds the tool easy to use and it's very intuitive. I would recommend Nue to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nue?

Certain fields that populate on standard objects like Delta CMRR on the Opportunity Product cannot be relabeled and it’s not obvious what the field represents. There are different processes for creating a new quote versus a renewal and that can be confusing for the team. Also, workarounds had to be built to accommodate populating standard quote data on an Order Form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nue?

I like the product builder in Nue. It allows me to add different items to a specific product/plan and customize how I want it. It is also nice to have the invoices auto-created in draft mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nue?

There are improvements to be made in the areas of auto-renewals with discounts, the ability to customize draft invoices, and the option to fully cancel an invoice instead of it regenerating or having to leave it in draft mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The end user experience is so difficult. Way to many paths for the end user to go down the wrong path and a painfully long implementation experience. We had to build out so many custom processes to make it fit our needs and make it easier for our end users. They have this built more to flexibility than for ease of use. What do you like best about Nue?

Throughout the entire implementation, the Nue team was guiding us through the every step of the way to make sure our processes and procedures align to the implementation and go-live. The ease of use with the platform speaks for itself, and the fact that it is natively built into Salesforce makes it 100x easier for any team to get up and running. Too often (in the past) CPQ solutions needed to be strung together through multiple other iPaaS and integrations which can be burdonsome. With Nue, the UI make it so much easier for our team to navigate building a quote, seek approval, and send to customers all within seconds, not minutes or hours like our previous process. What do you dislike about Nue?

With any CPQ imlementation, you have to nail down all of our business processes ahead of go-live. Inevitably this can be a time consuming process, but its required and necessary. This wouldn't be considered a downside for Nue, just the downside of implementing financial software. You must spend the necessary time on edge cases when dealing with financially based software, which the Nue did a great job of walking through with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Co-terming done right! Clean and straightforward Quote to Cash...finally. It's wildly more flexible than any other vendor out there and has robust subscription and order management in Salesforce for upsell, renewals and mid-term changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nue?

Nothing comes to mind. The platform is broad -- includes quoting, subscription management, billing (including usage billing) and integrations to RevRec. Seasoned RevOps folks get excited that there's an agile enterprise platform that can grow with where their GTM motion goes. For more junior RevOps folks, they can be intimidated by the sheer breadth and power but should jump on with some of Nue's CPQ to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nue has solved for a problem that has existed since my first role in operations. It allows you to have visibility into your revenue from quote all the way through renewals and upsells.
