
There are 0 scenarios we have run into thus far that Nue can not easily support.....ranging from our sales led motion with AEs managing new business and AMs managing mid contract changes / renewals/auto renewals......discount and price tags to fit custom scenarios for clients......Nue is easily able to support our reseller motion significantly improving our billing and collections process with that channel of the business. Nue supports our trial motion well for the sales team and in-app and we have also deployed portions of their self serve and plan to continue to build more in-app functionality using Nue's APIs so clients can fully manage any and everything in-app to support the various way teams procure new products/licenses. Nue's implementation team has been phenomenal and they hold themselves accountable to the SOW which is scoped out in detail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every CPQ has a bit of a learning curve for admins/finance teams/end users. Our team has adopted Nue well - overall i think most initial issues will come from the initial hump on learning curves and the team being forced w/ change management......and migration on the import and cleanliness of your data importing to Nue will impact any initial near term fires to put out - thankfully their team is super responsive and helpful with cleaning up any messy data from old systems. Their reporting system is fairly good using Sigma Computing but it would be nice to see some more metrics on LRR and GRR and LTV....this is coming soon i hear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
