This software sells itself to be honest, but the document retention process has been the biggest win with most of my customers. Being able to have personalized implementation for individual customers unique needs is hands down the best part. To be able to tell a customer that needs more help/gain a new customer by helping manage their document workflow processes doesn't even scratch the surface of explaining what this software does. I can literally take ANY document process, and make it happen. If documents need to be routed to one specific paralegal that handles adoption cases, I can have certain phrases in the document that indicate what type of case it is, be scanned and appropriately routed. There are thousands of workflows that can be built in different unique ways, per each clients unique needs.
Due to the vast capabilities, sometimes getting support in the implementation can require longer conversations than necessary, but I already see this issue working itself out.
Document processes that need to be streamlined, offices that are trying to move to all paperless, security concerns, etc. etc.
