# Which Sales Enablement Platforms Are Trusted Most by Account Executives?

Three sales enablement platforms have real AE-specific review evidence behind "trusted," for different reasons:

HubSpot Sales Hub (4.4 stars, 13,944 reviews): the highest G2 Score in the category (98) at massive volume. AEs reviewing it consistently cite having contacts, deals, and activity history in one place instead of switching tools mid-sell. Tradeoff: several AEs flag useful features sitting behind higher-tier plans.

Consensus (4.7 stars, 1,854 reviews): an unusually AE-heavy reviewer sample (Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Account Executive all show up repeatedly as the reviewer's own title). The trust driver is specific: it cuts down repeat live demos by letting AEs send tailored recorded ones and see exactly what a prospect watched. Tradeoff: initial demo-content setup takes real effort.

Salesloft (4.5 stars, 4,297 reviews): when I filtered specifically for reviewers whose title is Account Executive, nearly every review in the sample came back from that exact title, and the language is dependency-level trust ("everything in one place," used "every single day," makes cold outreach "much more efficient"). Tradeoff: a few AEs mention it feels dated next to newer AI-native competitors, and one flagged a data breach that gave them pause before recommending it.

For AEs choosing among the three, does trust come down more to having everything in one system, solving one pain point really well, or just being the tool you're in every single day regardless?

Sales Enablement reviews on G2 make an interesting distinction between tools people are forced to use daily and tools that earn trust by solving one thing well. Trust from AEs specifically tends to track daily use more than anything else, since a tool that solves one narrow problem well can still lose out to whatever the rep is forced to open every single day, regardless of how they feel about it. The Consensus pattern is the interesting exception here, since it seems to earn trust by removing one specific painful step, repeating live demos, rather than by being an everyday system of record, which suggests trust doesn't require constant use if the tool solves something genuinely painful.

The past security and integration transparency concerns raised about Salesloft are worth weighing against daily dependency, since sustained day-to-day use can coexist with real hesitation about recommending a tool once something like that surfaces. For AEs choosing among the three, the real split seems to be between depending on a system out of necessity and actually trusting what it does for you, and those aren't always the same thing.
