**What do you like best about Ngage 360?**

As a legal and immigration services company, we were looking for a way to streamline our operations and cut unnecessary costs — Ngage 360 has delivered on both fronts. The system is incredibly easy to navigate and has become a central part of how we manage client files, documents, and communications.

One of the biggest wins has been the automation features. Tasks that used to take up so much admin time,  like reminders, follow-ups, and updates,  now run in the background, allowing our team to focus on clients rather than paperwork. It’s made a noticeable difference in productivity and helped us save around £30,000 a year in time and resource costs.

We’ve also been impressed with how flexible the system is. We were able to tailor it to match our internal processes and compliance needs, which meant minimal disruption and quick adoption across the team.

**What do you dislike about Ngage 360?**

To be honest, there’s not much we’d change. The initial setup took a bit of adjusting to, especially for staff used to older systems. Some of the integrations took a little longer than we expected, but once everything was in place, it’s been smooth sailing.

**What problems is Ngage 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges we faced as a growing legal and immigration firm was onboarding new staff quickly without compromising on quality or compliance. Training new team members used to take weeks, often involving multiple systems, scattered documents, and manual oversight.

Ngage 360 has completely changed that.

Because everything is in one place, document templates, immigration law updates, and compliance workflows ,  new staff can hit the ground running. The system is intuitive and doesn’t require a steep learning curve. Even junior team members or those new to the legal sector can easily follow the built-in processes.
