There’s nothing I’d call a “dislike” on the HubSpot implementation side. New Breed has been excellent there. Where we’ve seen some challenges is with Paid Media, specifically around turnaround time. The team is thoughtful and strategic, but the pace can feel a bit slow, especially when we need to move quickly to test, optimize, or react to performance data.
