Some times can be a pain to implement changes.

Being able to gather data from reps in the field.

**What do you like best about NaturalInsight?**

The interface can be very easy to use; it contains a lot of helpful data and a very helpful calendar tool

**What do you dislike about NaturalInsight?**

The Apple app is very buggy, it constantly logs me out; the website is more reliable

**What problems is NaturalInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to submit reports to management with real-time viewing and reporting; shipment tracking has made it easier to track incoming rep incoming shipments.
