**What do you like best about MyHR?**

We use My HR to maintain employee data, manage pay data and revisions, and support overall people management.

**What do you dislike about MyHR?**

The payslip feature and tax management details are not available.

**What problems is MyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolving people HR data management.

**What do you like best about MyHR?**

I love the fact that the software is so easy to navigate for all the core HR features and since this is also used for employee management, it's so easy to use for the employees as well. Performance management, absence management, employee management and everything can be managed with this one software.

**What do you dislike about MyHR?**

The biggest downside with this software is that it gets down very frequently and the relevant icons might just disappear when you log in for some time. It gets fixed soon on its own though but still creates delay in work.

**What problems is MyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem of managing everything with one instead of using multiple software's for multiple purposes. It's very easy to track ex employees/leavers data with this too.

myHR covers the entire employee within an organization. From onboarding to performance management, leave tracking, and even offboarding.

**What do you dislike about MyHR?**

Not very dislikes small business, we get the benefit of great software and product at a very fair price as well as access to highly knowledgeable HR professionals when needed.

**What problems is MyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining HR processes of recruitment, onboarding, payroll management.
Improving employee self-service capabilities for leave requests, benefits tracking, and personal data updates.
