Performance management, absence management, employee management and everything can be managed with this one software. **What do you dislike about MyHR?** The biggest downside with this software is that it gets down very frequently and the relevant icons might just disappear when you log in for some time. It gets fixed soon on its own though but still creates delay in work. **What problems is MyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the problem of managing everything with one instead of using multiple software's for multiple purposes. It's very easy to track ex employees/leavers data with this too. ### 3.
