The Drive integration tends to save the most manual work, more than Calendar sync, since it removes the step of hunting down a file in a separate tab and re-attaching it every time a task updates. I've noticed that exact point in reviews: one Kanbanchi reviewer said having the kanban board live directly inside Google Drive, with documents attached right to a card, felt like "the perfect complement," since sharing a board became just another Drive share instead of a separate permissions system to manage. Calendar sync gets more attention, but the Drive tie-in is usually what actually cuts repetitive work.
