## About mycloud PMS
Our solution is designed for hoteliers and helps them improve revenues and manage hotel operations more efficiently, the product is subscription-based and available on cloud thus helping hoteliers to move away from CAPEX and get on to OPEX. The system is designed using Microsoft platform and is hosted on Amazon EC2 across, UK, USA, and Singapore. We designed the solution keeping in mind the needs of small and medium-sized hotels and chains, the system automates lots of processes hence allowing hotel staff to be free and spend more time interacting with guests. We built a complete ecosystem around our platform integrating other third-party solutions which are popular among hotels like payment processing, salesforce, CRM, booking engines and also providing API for other systems to openly connect with our platform.  Recently we have introduced new and advanced features like contactless, check-in, digital payments, mobile keys to open doors, manage guest stay and bills, digital menus, and checkout, all from the convenience of guests' own mobile phone.

**What do you like best about mycloud PMS?**

This tool has been extremely helpful for our hotel, especially when it comes to integrating bookings and managing OTAs as well as channel partners. It streamlines our operations and makes coordination much easier.

**What do you dislike about mycloud PMS?**

So far, I have found nothing to dislike and am very satisfied.

**What problems is mycloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use mycloud PMS as s channel partner and also handle our OTAs to help boost our sales along with reservation and night audit with final invoicing.

It is One of the best cloud based hotel software offering contactless check in check out and dining. The best part is it provides 350 types of reports.

**What do you dislike about mycloud PMS?**

Dislikes are very very less but one thing they can improve is that they claim PMS live in 4 hours but sometimes actually it is not.

**What problems is mycloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mycloud PMS is solving all my hotel needs to run successfuly hotel and in profits. Also it runs at it bests to ensure smoothness of our front office department, also keeping accurate track record of statistics for the management team in order to make vital decision.
