I like that you can look at the G2 site without being a member. In Visitor mode, you can see what products are reviewed and learn more.

**What do you dislike about Visitor?**

I would rather it be easy to log in and find the products I want to read about or leave a review for the products I use more easily.  I have had issues with this in the past.

Its not really solving any problems for me, theG2 site brought me here when I tried to log in , so I am filling this out as it seems I was requested to.

I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. Its a great company and they really work with you to make sure you have a great seamless experience as well. They do have great customer service and make sure to resolve any issues you have.

Can be costly depending on what you get from the company. Just depends on what you need from them essentially.

Vistor helps solve various bookings for our company and makes it super helpful to manage all of them across various sites. Visitor helps manage all of this in one go and this company is truly a blessing.

**What do you like best about Visitor?**

The software/app supports mobile devices and can be accessed remotely via the internet. This allows easy management of rentals and bookings on the go. The UI is also easy and simple to understand, everything is straightforward and available at a glance in a neat fashion.

**What do you dislike about Visitor?**

Overall it is satisfactory and I am sure more features will be added by the developers soon.

**What problems is Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several service apartment units up for rental and it has been a hassle to keep track of the accomodations and fee structure. There was an instance when the bookings from 2 locations got mixed up due to me still using excel spreadsheets to keep track of my bookings. Visitor compiles and present the data in a clear and easy to understand manner, and most important of all, I no longer need to logon to my Windows desktop just to check or manage my bookings.

**What do you like best about Visitor?**

I like being able to access visitor on multiple platforms. Now a days everything is mobile so being able to have a mobile platofrm is key. They also have a lor of useful features and I feel secure when using the ap. The customer service is helpful as well, which is a relief.

**What do you dislike about Visitor?**

It is newer so not fully sure of its capabilites yet. There were some bugs and glitches at first but were improved and like I mentioned the customer support was excellent.

Easily managing hotel reservations and getting user data from it that can be seemlessly broken down into further data points, making it easy on everyones end.

It seems very good at first but once the booking starts to increase the ui becomes more complex and hard to tally some customers booking data.

Very simple UI and easy to navigate all important reports. For me real time tracking of conversion is crucial data and I can easily track it plus gives correct data. You can implement it with ease.

Seamless check-in process with envhanced security and notification alerts is something that is worth mentioning!

Scope of improvement in the areas such as compatibility as I faced many compatibility issues during my usage. Also, I found the initial setup kinda complex and it could have been better.

as an user, i used mostly front desk management tools for my own business which help me alot because its quite easy and simple to use for proper management of business

not as such tool disturb me or nor found any complexity using this software but when i will found any complexity or any tool which need optimization i will share it on platform

those who want feasible and less expensive software for their accommodation and channel management this would be a great addition for them

It has many useful tools to export your metrics and smartly manage your business.  Of course the booking feature is there and it is very visual, therefore you can see what is happening in real time.

**What do you dislike about Visitor?**

For some, it might be very minimal, but remember the tool does all one need and maybe simplicity here is an advantage for must. It is you who must know what you want and need before making the choice.

**What problems is Visitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor, thakes care of the need to use many tools at the same time to manage your hosting business. I helped implement the tool in a small hostel and the Managers were just super happy with the results.

The price is relatively cheaper than other similar applications.

Easy to navigate and features are displayed in a systematic way.

It is very helpful for owners of small accommodation. Its functionalities make the tasks easier to accomplish.

Some features could have been improved but it would be probably evident once the application is fully established.

ts very easy to use and implement and I am able to access it from my phone, so I can work from literally anywhere. The customer support which is always very very fast with well trained staff.

As others have mentioned as well, receipts would be a great to add.
