**What do you like best about HotelBee?**

As a hotel manager, I love how HotelBee consolidates all my key operations into a single intuitive platform. The mobile dashboard makes it easy to monitor my property remotely in real-time. Automated features like online booking and channel management are huge time savers. The POS module also allows me to run the restaurant and amenities efficiently.

**What do you dislike about HotelBee?**

I wish the platform integrated with more third-party tools commonly used in hospitality. As HotelBee evolves, I would also like to see expanded reporting capabilities and options for customization. But the HotelBee team is constantly making improvements. For an out-of-the-box hospitality management system, HotelBee delivers excellent value.

**What problems is HotelBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to struggle with disjointed systems and manual processes. HotelBee solves this by integrating capabilities like reservations, housekeeping, accounting, and more seamlessly. Now I can manage my entire property from anywhere with greater visibility and efficiency. The automated workflows help reduce administrative workload. Overall, HotelBee gives me the consolidated solution I need to successfully operate my hotel.

**What do you like best about HotelBee?**

The Hotel software integration is one of the best features to me, as we use many third party vendors to host our properties such as booking.com, Hotwire etc, being able to integrate those platforms with HotelBee allows us to be synchronized in realtime, allowing us to maximize profit and also consumers.

**What do you dislike about HotelBee?**

At this point, I am not at odds with HotelBee, I have not experienced anything that would be somewhat disliked. So far so good. Very great service.

**What problems is HotelBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the hotel with a robust system and allowing everything to be tracked with one system. That has helped us save money in many areas, eliminating the cost of third party software.

**What do you like best about HotelBee?**

When it comes to making hotel reservations, I have a personal recommendation for Hotelbee. Their app makes reservations a lot easier to do and is very user-friendly. Their organised approach and, most importantly, the fact that their crew is always there to help with any questions you may have are what make them stand out. Their assistance is genuinely priceless.

**What do you dislike about HotelBee?**

There is nothing about it that I find objectionable. Since I've been using it for six months, it has constantly been dependable. The reports are consistently true. It's essential to enter all the information accurately if you want to get the most out of it.

**What problems is HotelBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What stands out the most is the channel manager. I used to encounter issues with double reservations and overbooking, but that's no longer a concern for my staff, which enhances our overall sense of security.

The management system is a smooth sailing one, the interface, the system- everything works good for me.

As of now, just one two bugs pop up, but that does not seem like a hassle to me.

It gives me and customers a big and better interface to work upon, so the experience is a classy one and not much of a confusing situation.The organization is perfect and if any query the team is ready to take it up quickly and solve it.

User friendly platform to manage check in , check out , housekeeping process . Has tie up with a large number of hotel booking websites for ease of access.

**What do you dislike about HotelBee?**

Did not find any downside yet , totally satisfied with the product.

We have some guest house for our overseas employees which needs to be managed before there were 8 employees which were managing these guests houses . Now we are working with just 3 managers . Kudos to hotelbees.

This tool has helped us increase our income, optimizing business processes to save time and money. In addition, it has allowed us to improve guest satisfaction, obtaining good ratings and increasing the number of annual reservations.

Compared to other administrative tools for hospitality sector, the platform is less intuitive and requires training to handle all its functions.

He is helping us with housekeeping administration, the loyalty program for our frequent guests and the management of reservations, payments and cancellations.

It is great tool as it not only helps with hotel and apartment booking but also makes expense management easier which makes hotelbee one stop solution and easy accessibility to different tasks.

Although the hotelbee platform has good usage and easy to use, one thing that can be better is how userinterface appears and its design.

All in one management solution that provides tracking and analysis of minor tasks also. The best part if they provide free plan for small businesses so that they can grow exponentially with them.

Customer support is good but can be improved, but features provided at very good and fast. Integration service can also be provided from the team. Rest all Is amazing.

It has the interface that allows to manage overall property management  and planninv and Hep to keep track  of everything.

I have not found anything that goes agaonst this platform. However more ceature are needed for future  development.

It is solving  overall   routinely work in the hotel from booking/ reservation to maintaining and housekeeping. It is benefiting  the business in all the areas.

It's very easy to manage not only the availability but also understanding the occupancy analysis and revenue reporting on daily weekly and monthly basis

The best thing about hotelbee is their hotel beds which provide great pessure relief and support.
From the hotel room itself its experience booking system.

**What do you like best about HotelBee?**

The hotel booking process and accounting process is very easy to manage. We can do multiple bookings and reservations for our customers. Use of automation speeds up bookings and one dashboards helps us to manage multiple vendors easily.

Point of sale feauture needs more improvement as there is some latency. Documentation and tutorials would be an added advantage.

It is helping me to solve my Hotel Business. Managing my customers giving the better experience of booking system and showing the facilities available in the Hotel Room.

I have just now come to know about their services so do not have anything right now. But we will update once we progress and use more and more of its services. Till now it is good.

I recommend using Hotelbee for your hotel because it's a friendly use app, and it helps a lot with reservations. Everything is organised in the right way, and the best thing about them is their team, wich they're always ready to help you out with any question that you might have. very helpfull

I haven't seen anything that I mind not like. I've been using it for 6 months now, and everything is correct. All reports are on point. It's very important when you use the app to put all details and info right so you'll get the best from it.

if you wanna make your job easier than use hotelbee. Is gonna make it very simple.

The best thing is the channel manager. I've been having problems with double reservations overbooking now that's not a problem anymore for my stuff, and that makes me feel safer,

I really like the design of the software with is very user friendly. There are many tools which are very helpful for day to day management. Ive been using it for 3 months and I can say that is very easy to learn how to use it. Very happy that I got a good choice.

until now everything looks great I have no complains
