What problems is myaifrontdesk.com solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Better than answering machine" is my disgusted opinion. People are not yet comfortable with the AI pace. So, I get quite a bit of hang-ups. I'd liketo atribute them to spam callers, but when "some" are qwuickly followed up with an email or text, I fear that ALL missed calls are missed opputunities! So, I put the bot out there "in hopes" of catching a few... If it could help callers schedule a class! Wow. But, not there yet.
I know it CAN be. but I dont know what that would cost... and I'm sure, Im not ready to hear the price.
Years ago, over a decade, my wife once called Progressive to pay the bill... I've been chasing this type of interaction for my business since:
"Thank you for calling Progressive. How can I help you today, JENNIFER?"
"I would like to make a payment."
"I can help with that. Your payment due is: $XXX. Last month, you paid by CREDIT CARD ending in XXXX. Would you like to use that card again?"
"Yes."
"Do you you authorize a payment to you Progressive account ending in XXXX with Credt card ending in XXXX for $XXX?"
"Yes."
"Please hold.... Your payment has been made. The payment should post by XXXX. You will recieve an email confirmation shortly. Would you like to hear the details again?"
"No."
...
So, I feel a casually, non-robo-voiced "Yo! I see you are coming due on your AHA BLS cert? Would you like to take this week or next? Here are the dates? None work for you? When is good? Ill get your request to an instructor. We aim to be flexible. Someone will reach out by by tomorrow AM." follow up call should be easy enough.... easily a decade after a no-fluff, automated, one minute insurance payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
