## About RouteMagic
RouteMagic is a sales and distribution platform built for wholesalers, distributors, foodservice businesses and other companies managing stock, orders, warehouse operations, van sales and delivery fleets. The platform connects the full order-to-cash workflow on one data model, bringing together order capture, customer-specific pricing, purchasing, inventory control, barcode warehouse execution, route planning, van sales, field sales, delivery management, ePOD, payments, invoicing, credit control and reporting. This helps teams reduce re-keying, paperwork and disconnected handoffs between the office, warehouse and field. RouteMagic supports both pre-sold delivery and van sales. Drivers and field teams can manage routes, sell from van stock, capture orders, take payments, record returns and collect electronic proof of delivery from the mobile app, including while offline. Planners can optimise routes around delivery windows, vehicle capacity and driver constraints, while live route monitoring provides visibility into delivery progress throughout the day. Warehouse and inventory capabilities include goods-in, put-away, barcode picking, packing, loading, stock transfers, cycle counts, batch and expiry tracking, FIFO/FEFO and stock visibility across warehouses, bins and vehicles. RouteMagic also includes AI-powered demand forecasting and replenishment recommendations to help businesses plan purchasing and stock more effectively. RouteMagic integrates with accounting and business systems including Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho Books and Tally, helping invoices, payments and other financial data flow between operations and accounts without manual re-entry. The platform is used across industries including FMCG, food and beverage, bakery, dairy, pharmaceuticals, automotive parts, construction and building materials, 3PL and logistics, retail and franchise networks. RouteMagic is available in Lite, Core and Premium plans, with per-user pricing starting from £29 per month. **What do you like best about RouteMagic?**

Undoubtedly, Routemagizy changes my delivery operations I used to do into one piece. From order management and route optimization through to real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery, it is an invaluable aid that keeps me on top of the world. That was an important skill for me to have and it has really helped me to avoid a lot of confusion and make sure my deliveries are always done in time and on time.

**What do you dislike about RouteMagic?**

RouteMagic got a couple of deep flaws, which cannot overcome the problem of the absence of the ability to join it directly with the existing accounting software I use. The data should be entered constantly both system but which can be a cumbersome and error prone process.

**What problems is RouteMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being with RouteMagic has helped me note that my delivery procedure has greatly enhanced. My vehicles are used more effectively, I got more truckloads a day, my customer is happy with perfect delivery and they can track their parcel anytime. However, the absence of uniform integrating the accounting software is an extra task which in future would be resolved by the update of this step.
