Alex took the time to truly understand the unique needs and financial realities of our business and worked with us to find a solution that made it possible to implement a new marketing automation platform—something that will absolutely elevate our engagement and growth. He was responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed.

I like being able to copy an entire year's worth of classes for the next fiscal year. I also like the reports - how convenient it is to download as an Excel and to find specific data. We use Mindbody to accommodate a number of different departmental functions that are interrelated. From booking our appointments, our customers are thus charged and our staff are thus paid. There are no extra programs or software I have to use to bring payroll data to the point of processing payroll. Amongst other features like this, there is a lot of integration. 24 hour customer support was also essential to us in our earlier years of using Mindbody when we were still learning to use the software to suit our needs. Fitting our business needs into Mindbody's constraints have proved challenging at some points when we first began using it, but we have since adapted.
