Also, it frequently does not sync immediately with the billing/scheduling software we do use. **Recommendations to others considering Chart Talk:** Could be good for companies with fewer clinics. We ran into problems with the patient info not syncing immediately across 16 locations and with our scheduling and billing software. **What problems is Chart Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for easy access to previous SOAP notes for doctor review and sending out medical records requests.
