**What do you like best about Chart Talk?**

There are many thing which i liked most , i am mentioning few
-  Best part is we can use Chart talk i any web web enable devices
-  Documentation Become too easy
-  Claim management (Best one which use to create , Manage and submit claims)
- Easy to fliter and understand  the claim which has in read or respond status
- Chart talk implementation & integration is quite easy as we don't need to install any software,  Just we needed web enable deivces and can access from anywhere.
- Chart talk has quick customer support if we have any issue while accessing .

**What do you dislike about Chart Talk?**

Chart Talk is good for me, i don't have any reason to dis like chart talk

**What problems is Chart Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Chart talks solves most critical problam that is claims Management, insurance claims quite easy on behaft of patient.
- Eliminates lots of data entry on our part using payer configuration(Automatically apply, modification, formate printed claim)

**What do you like best about Chart Talk?**

I like how accessible the SOAP notes are from the initial login page. 

**What do you dislike about Chart Talk?**

It does not include comprehensive billing and scheduling software. Also, it frequently does not sync immediately with the billing/scheduling software we do use. 

**Recommendations to others considering Chart Talk:**

Could be good for companies with fewer clinics. We ran into problems with the patient info not syncing immediately across 16 locations and with our scheduling and billing software. 

**What problems is Chart Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for easy access to previous SOAP notes for doctor review and sending out medical records requests. It is also helpful in tracking staff usage and meaningful use attestation.
