"Not user friendly for multi-clinic companies. "

What do you like best?

I like how accessible the SOAP notes are from the initial login page.

What do you dislike?

It does not include comprehensive billing and scheduling software. Also, it frequently does not sync immediately with the billing/scheduling software we do use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Could be good for companies with fewer clinics. We ran into problems with the patient info not syncing immediately across 16 locations and with our scheduling and billing software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows for easy access to previous SOAP notes for doctor review and sending out medical records requests. It is also helpful in tracking staff usage and meaningful use attestation.
