I love how Microsoft Relationship Sales partners with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which has over 800 million people in its database and is AI-driven. It's very convenient and efficient, making my prospecting job much faster. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator aspect gives sellers more time for selling rather than prospecting. As a CRM tool, it's great for finding prospects quickly and accurately. I think it's very efficient for a sales role, and it helps me get more time back in my day.

I use Microsoft Relationship Sales to eliminate 'tab fatigue' by viewing LinkedIn profiles, sending InMail, and saving leads directly into Dynamics 365 without leaving my CRM screen. This keeps my data clean and my focus sharp. It creates a unified workflow, allowing me to send LinkedIn InMails, view profiles, and save notes directly within the Dynamics 365 interface, which saves me several hours of administrative clicking per week. The best thing about Microsoft Relationship Sales is that it removes the 'detective work' from sales by connecting social insights and CRM data so seamlessly, allowing me to spend less time researching and more time talking to the right people.

I dislike that MRS requires a 10-seat minimum, which immediately prices out small businesses. Additionally, the pricing is 'variable' and often requires a direct conversation with a sales rep.
