We used IMS21 daily for image managment. This software had been around for a long time and worked well. We also used the IDProtect redaction function. This was hit or miss on how well it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MHC Software?

Typically, IDProtect hits would "over identify" items to be redacted. Every document needed to be reviewed for improper hits. Communication from support, our account rep or anyone at MHC was difficult at best. Typically I would not receive any acknowledgement that I sent an email or requested anything. Status updates on the last project we did was virtually non-existent. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
