I enjoy the ability to contact our students in a controlled and distraction free environment. Other social media platforms allow distractions to both staff and students, MentorPro prevents these distractions. It allows the tracking of how your audience is doing as well when they fill out personal assessments that are easy to read. Also adding and subtracting new members is easy, adding resources that are useful for your audience, and developing tags that make it easy to search through them. Customer support has been amazing and responsive, with replies stating they are working on a response, and updates as they work on it or delivering the answer in a timely manner. When communicating with your audience the sharing of media can be a bit clunky, and example of no preview blow up of a picture or file, meaning you have to download it to see it larger or read through a document. Also sometime filters that are available for the mentees are not available for the admins, which means while your users navigations are easier, admins need to take the time to search through for what they want. Overall it is a good app that offers alot, but the minor issues need to be fix to allow this program to shine like I know it can and will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MentorPRO makes it easy to stay organized and consistent in my mentoring relationships. The platform provides structured check-ins, goal-setting tools, and conversation prompts that helped guide meaningful discussions with my mentees. I appreciated how easy it was to track progress and revisit topics from previous meetings. While the platform is very useful, the interface could feel a bit clunky at times—especially when navigating between different mentee profiles or trying to access older notes. The most helpful thing about MentorPRO is the Academy. The "Connected Futures" training was transformative for my mentees. What I love about MentorPRO is that it is the "one stop shop" for mentoring. Everything from making easy connections, resources, trainings, surveys, calendar announcements, and trackable data. MentorPRO was a user friendly app for both our students to navigate and as a program manager. It allowed us to be in contact for mentoring via messaging, but the reporting and support the MentorPRO team gave through their Success Meetings really elevated our use of the app to the next level. I really enjoyed the ease of access of MentorPRO and the analytics that were student-specific which allowed me to further focus on areas of need that the mentee would benefit from. I also enjoyed the in-app video function which meant I did not have to set them a separate link for another video meeting platform. Overall, I feel this app is great because there is so much you can do within the app and also organizes all of the work into one multi-use platform as opposed to utilizing several different ones for each thing (messaging, video-meetings, check-ins).
