Other social media platforms allow distractions to both staff and students, MentorPro prevents these distractions. It allows the tracking of how your audience is doing as well when they fill out personal assessments that are easy to read. Also adding and subtracting new members is easy, adding resources that are useful for your audience, and developing tags that make it easy to search through them. Customer support has been amazing and responsive, with replies stating they are working on a response, and updates as they work on it or delivering the answer in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about MentorPRO?** When communicating with your audience the sharing of media can be a bit clunky, and example of no preview blow up of a picture or file, meaning you have to download it to see it larger or read through a document. Also sometime filters that are available for the mentees are not available for the admins, which means while your users navigations are easier, admins need to take the time to search through for what they want. Overall it is a good app that offers alot, but the minor issues need to be fix to allow this program to shine like I know it can and will. **What problems is MentorPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better communications with our mentees/students, and working through small issues that we have identified to help make using the app smoother. Customer support has been able to allow our ogranization to split the use of the app depending on the team/location to determin what functionality is wanted and when. ### 2. It allowed us to be in contact for mentoring via messaging, but the reporting and support the MentorPRO team gave through their Success Meetings really elevated our use of the app to the next level. The MentorPRO team is very easy to work with and helpful with any question big or small. **What do you dislike about MentorPRO?** The only downside was getting our mentees to download the app. Once they were on the app, they really utilized all the features. **What problems is MentorPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest program MentorPRO solved for us was building communication and connection with our mentees. I also enjoyed the in-app video function which meant I did not have to set them a separate link for another video meeting platform. Overall, I feel this app is great because there is so much you can do within the app and also organizes all of the work into one multi-use platform as opposed to utilizing several different ones for each thing (messaging, video-meetings, check-ins). **What do you dislike about MentorPRO?** One of the main things that I found challenging with this app is that it signs you out constantly which prevented me from being notified when students would message me or check in. **What problems is MentorPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issue before was utilizing different platforms for mentoring students. Now, I just need to use MentorPRO and it's a one-stop shop for messaging students, meeting with them, conducting check-ins. ### 9.
