MentorPRO makes it easy to stay organized and consistent in my mentoring relationships. The platform provides structured check-ins, goal-setting tools, and conversation prompts that helped guide meaningful discussions with my mentees. I appreciated how easy it was to track progress and revisit topics from previous meetings. While the platform is very useful, the interface could feel a bit clunky at times—especially when navigating between different mentee profiles or trying to access older notes. Some features, like scheduling or note organization, could be more intuitive or customizable. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall value of the platform. The most helpful thing about MentorPRO is the Academy. The "Connected Futures" training was transformative for my mentees. MentorPRO was a user friendly app for both our students to navigate and as a program manager. It allowed us to be in contact for mentoring via messaging, but the reporting and support the MentorPRO team gave through their Success Meetings really elevated our use of the app to the next level. I really enjoyed the ease of access of MentorPRO and the analytics that were student-specific which allowed me to further focus on areas of need that the mentee would benefit from. I also enjoyed the in-app video function which meant I did not have to set them a separate link for another video meeting platform. Overall, I feel this app is great because there is so much you can do within the app and also organizes all of the work into one multi-use platform as opposed to utilizing several different ones for each thing (messaging, video-meetings, check-ins).
