MentorPro: A good platform that needs some polish **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** andrew b. | Case Manager Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025 **What do you like best about MentorPRO?** I enjoy the ability to contact our students in a controlled and distraction free environment. Other social media platforms allow distractions to both staff and students, MentorPro prevents these distractions. It allows the tracking of how your audience is doing as well when they fill out personal assessments that are easy to read. Also adding and subtracting new members is easy, adding resources that are useful for your audience, and developing tags that make it easy to search through them. Customer support has been amazing and responsive, with replies stating they are working on a response, and updates as they work on it or delivering the answer in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about MentorPRO?** When communicating with your audience the sharing of media can be a bit clunky, and example of no preview blow up of a picture or file, meaning you have to download it to see it larger or read through a document. Also sometime filters that are available for the mentees are not available for the admins, which means while your users navigations are easier, admins need to take the time to search through for what they want. Overall it is a good app that offers alot, but the minor issues need to be fix to allow this program to shine like I know it can and will. **What problems is MentorPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better communications with our mentees/students, and working through small issues that we have identified to help make using the app smoother.
