The features that I get for the price. We did A LOT of research before choosing Member365. Once you're set-up, it automates a lot of functions and has saved me a lot of time. My members can now add openings to our job board without my help, can update their own directory listing, and upload documents directly to our resource library. The company seems to be going through a challenging time right now. They have grown a lot, and their customer service has suffered because of this at times. While I've been frustrated that a few bugs I discovered months ago haven't yet been fixed, they have been fairly transparent about their customer service issues and are actively trying to fix them. The CEO called me to get my feedback, and they assigned me a customer advocate to help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
