# What shopping cart app is most user-friendly for selling digital downloads and memberships together from the same storefront without hacking multiple tools together?

Hello G2, I’m researching which shopping cart app is most user-friendly for selling digital downloads and memberships together from the same storefront without hacking multiple tools together. ThriveCart, SamCart, and Ecwid are the three names that appear most relevant, though only one seems to cover most of the workflow natively.

The shopping cart category often focuses on physical products, so this use case is harder to compare.

Ecwid handles digital downloads and multichannel selling well, but its native membership capabilities are more limited.

ThriveCart is probably the closest to a single tool for this. I've seen people use it to replace WooCommerce plus a separate course platform, and the one-time pricing makes the math easy. That said it still feels more like a checkout tool with membership stuff bolted on rather than a real storefront, so if you want a proper browsable shop it might feel a bit limited.
