
After using Mekari Qontak for about 6 months, it has significantly helped our team communicate with customers more efficiently. The broadcast feature allows us to reach many customers quickly, and the chatbot feature is very useful in assisting and automating customer conversations. One downside is that exporting or retrieving chat/data cannot be done directly by users. We currently need to contact the Qontak team to request the data, which can take quite some time.
