There is even a mekari qontak (qontak chat mobile) app that allow ls me to replay to customer messages outside of store hours. I think Mekari Qontak is the best among others. Some obstacles when doing whatsapp blast are usually due to images failing to upload, and the mekari support team is quick and responsive in providing solutions, which is very helpful and save times.
