
As a customer service agent, I find Mekari Qontak very convenient because I can access it through the mobile app or the website. This makes it easy for me to work remotely without needing expensive devices. The features in Mekari Qontak are also straightforward, and in my opinion it has the cleanest UI, so I don’t get confused while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike is that when I log in to Mekari Qontak on one of my devices (mobile phone/laptop) and activate my agent account, I sometimes find on another device that my account still shows as inactive (whether due to signal or other issues).
