As a customer service agent, I find Mekari Qontak very convenient because I can access it through the mobile app or the website. This makes it easy for me to work remotely without needing expensive devices. One thing I dislike is that when I log in to Mekari Qontak on one of my devices (mobile phone/laptop) and activate my agent account, I sometimes find on another device that my account still shows as inactive (whether due to signal or other issues). Before this, we only used a regular business chat application, with shifts shared among several people. In that setup, I noticed that some people sometimes ended up working more than others, while others worked less. With Qontak Mekari, the workload for each agent is now divided much more evenly, which feels fairer overall.
