**What do you like best about meetXcc?**

1.Automated mind map creation: The AI analyzes meetings and creates summaries based on key topics, speakers, and important points, organizing the information visually.

2.Data privacy and ownership: The ability to automatically save meeting data directly to your personal Google Drive ensures you maintain control over your information.

3.Invisible recording: The tool works without requiring external bots in your meetings, providing a seamless and unobtrusive experience.

4.Comprehensive meeting toolkit: Access to transcripts, notes, summary maps, and memos all in one unified hub makes it easy to review and reference meeting content.

5.Unlimited AI summaries without hidden costs: This feature provides great value and predictability for users, especially for those who have frequent meetings.

6.User control: The "invisible when you need it, accessible when you want it" approach gives users flexibility in how they interact with the tool.

7.Customer support: When I have question they response quickly.
8.Ease start: Install extension and login meetxcc account then you can use. It send meeting summary after meeting.

**What do you dislike about meetXcc?**

The layout could be improved. It's not always intuitive to use.
The integration only support slack zoom and google drive, compare to other service it is not too much.

**What problems is meetXcc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have multiple meetings every day, so I use meetXcc. I don't need to worry about taking meeting notes, as the tool keeps track of them and provides a good summary using a mind map.
