It is also very easy and user-friendly when navigating through all the functions one may need to use. Meadow works with a sense of urgency to respond to and solve any issues that arise. **What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** At WYLLOW we have a small brick and mortar footprint, so we utilize touchscreens to showcase our menu rather than having a large product display on the floor. Meadow seamlessly integrates with our digital displays and helps us track our inventory. Any inventory discrepancies that once existed are now cleared up and we’re now always spot-on. In addition, Meadow allows us to expand our pickup orders since their mobile web interface is second to none. This is a critical channel for our business and Meadow helps us to grow this segment and maximize our retail footprint. ### 6. Spits out exactly what I need to play with the numbers on my own. **What do you dislike about Meadow?** Alot of my data is Velocity-based information, if I had a way to have some more functions calculated around velocity it would be great. I need to see 7 day, 30 day, 3 month, and 6 month adjustability on my velocity info. I need a promo product section that can completely separates what promo items I have in my inventory because my inventory staff at both my stores has 2 different ways of handling promo items. - a promo item tab would be lovely If I could get more comparison functions, it would be EXTREMELY helpful. With the hard market these days, seeing data from SKUs right next to each other is going to help my purchasing tremendously. **What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing sales information in an extremely consumable way - Makes my life easy when my boss needs to know what I'm up to. We leave another device open on the floor that has meadow on it- sometimes we have inventory discrepancies. We can make these changes so fast it happens during the transactions while the customer is at the register Velocity data has created a really interesting relationship between my buyers and me. When I can show what moves, they buy the thing I need to have purchased so I can currate a brand effectively. I don't even have to touch SEO on my websites anymore. - with the meadow menu changes; google reports it as a website update. I also wish we could see the transactions per hour on the dashboard. All requests are considered, worked on, and put out in updates as often as possible. The inventory and METRC tracking along with menu integration on other cannabis platforms is nearly seamless. Meadow is incredibly user friendly. I also find the pick-up/delivery order processing to be quick and simple. The ability to create an order is nearly flawless as well. **What do you dislike about Meadow?** The only thing I would like to see Meadow improve on is the ability to delete profiles of patrons who made multiple profiles. There's little dislikes as far as Meadow's operating system goes. **What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the menu integration, we have eliminated the need of someone spending their full shift updating multiple online menus. With the pin code for budtenders, we have also been able to accurately track employee sales.
