What problems is Mapp Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think there are a lot of tools added to MAPP it is a case of having some tutorial around it and some advise of how to use it at its best. MAPP Engage: easy to use

Exports / campagin statistics are not 100% realisable if they are based on profiles (not on messages/campaigns)

SMS tool is not 100% efficient (limits on statistics, not possible to make 2-way sms, pb on stop / unsubscribe)

Html creation is still hard (CMS blocs not yet set up)

Various individual newsletters of different brands are worked out with one tool.

The tracking allows good knowledge about the visitors of the WEbsite and how they move.

In addition, individual consultant newsletters are created with the respective consultant name. The data exchange takes place bilaterally with different interfaces. Automatic deletion of no longer existing e-mail-addresses is a great feature.
