Response times can be slow and first response usually not on point. System can get slow and strange bugs are encountered throughout the system (you get 500 server error but no explanation what's wrong). Personalization GUI is super inconvenient and support reps offer to use hacks instead of the standard functionality. Some features are very limited and integrated through third-party integrations - e. g. in order to use web push you need to setup Firebase account first, also no possibility to use it via XML imports or APIs, so pretty much useless feature for companies which use integrations with CRM. Same with post functionality. No Whatsapp, Viber intergrations out-of-the-box. Within a day or two you can have one email template multiplied, localized in 60 languages, tested signed off and sent to customers involving zero html developers and no html knowledge. Each market can easily adopt email template using the drag and Drop templates, be in full control of what they want to send out and execute email communication in very short time. **What do you dislike about Mapp Marketing Cloud?** The access level and group settings ( whether country or email groups ) is already good but can still be improved and this is related to situations where you have users that are part of multiple countries, markets and should have good visibility within their own environments and not browsing globally unless they have admin access rights. **What problems is Mapp Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main work is around creating new content blocks and rendering challenges, but once a new content block is set to work correctly then in many cases it is reused and this saves cost and time. They have more functions than any other esp I have used in over 20 years of mailing. There is always room for improvement but nothing I can say that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Mapp Marketing Cloud:** Definatley give it a trial, they are usually happy to set new prospective clients up with a free trial. Make sure you use segments from the start for best delivery and cost effectiveness. **What problems is Mapp Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email delivery is always a problem with all esp's but thanks to the excellent reporting and brilliant segment tools I have been able to circumnavigate delivery issues just by suppressing certain domains for a while using segments and then start filtering those emails back in over time. ### 36.
