Maple CRM is easy to use and highly reliable. It simplifies our day-to-day work by helping us manage leads efficiently through bulk uploads, lead segregation, status tracking, feedback updates, meeting scheduling, and client communication in one place. It saves a lot of time and makes our workflow more organized.

**What do you dislike about Maple CRM?**

We have had a good experience overall with Maple CRM. At times, a few interface improvements and faster loading in certain sections could further enhance usability.

**What problems is Maple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maple CRM solves our challenge of managing 300+ daily leads by helping us easily upload, organize, and assign leads to staff. It also keeps follow-ups on track through daily reminders and client to-do lists, improving efficiency, organization, and productivity

**What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

I use Maple CRM for our daily activities, and it really helps streamline the workflow. It's very easy and simplified, making it efficient for us to regularly follow-up with our students. I also appreciate their very supportive customer support. Whenever we get stuck, we just call them or put an SR comment on the system, and they get back to us promptly. The initial setup was very easy, and I've been associated with them for over six or seven years.

I use Maple CRM to handle leads and records for my company. It's very easy to use, solving almost everything for us. I really like the filter funnels as they allow me to see the data bifurcation easily, making data management straightforward. The initial setup was also very easy.

The only drawback we have noticed is that the interface design feels a bit outdated compared to some modern CRMs. A fresher, more intuitive look would make the experience even better.

Getting good support is often difficult with other software, but with Maple CRM, I’m very happy and satisfied. Overall, a reliable CRM solution for small and medium businesses.

I don’t have major complaints, but it would be nice if Maple CRM added more integration options and improved the mobile interface.

**What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

I have plenty to say good things about Maple CRM as I was using it the most (daily and almost every hour) as an administrator some of them could be -
1) Has almost all of the Objects/modules that can be used and easy to reach. They have been working on UI which hopefully will be rolled out soon.
2)  There are learning videos that require extensive time and support. Although it can be made better.
3) The Support is fabulous. I would highlight the team and especially CSM Swetha working with us to listen and suggest if there could be something better that can be done.
4) Implementation is quite flexible. It is easy but might expect time.
5) Only platform where there could be Client Facing Accounts and Interaction.
6) Although limited integrations whichever is provided don't create a challenge mostly.
7) Can store the documents as well.

**What do you dislike about Maple CRM?**

There are certain modules/Objects that they focus less for instance it's Leads. Making less effort on the Marketing Integrations OR functions that might help the Marketing department more.

Another point is that there is less Automation, although expecting too much as compared to other CRMs but that's also becoming common nowadays.

1) Managing Leads and Converting funnel for Marketing & Pre-Sales Team
2) Process Management for the Clients post sales
3) Communicating with Clients and recording it through Client Portal Offered.

Maple CRM  truly deserves praise for its reporting and analytics building capability. **What do you like best about Maple CRM?**

It was difficult to manage all the leads we are getting from different sources, Maple CRM has helped us to divide the leads into different categories so that we can prioritize the leads accordingly.
Maple CRM has made the process of generating and sharing the quotation with the client a lot easier.
I would say the most interesting feature provided by maple crm is the daily work report of all sales executives, this helped us to track the employee performance.
How do you rate the support from Maple CRM Team?
The support team has helped us a lot in onboarding process, and are very quick to resolve any issues also.
We are using Maple CRM from past 6 months and we are really happy with the support we get from Maple CRM team.

The quality of logo in the quotation was low at first, took time to increase the quality apart form that everything looks good!

Maple CRM helps our sales executives to easily learn the application and start using it from day one. Mobile app is handy and helps them when they are on the move. 
Also they are happy that they dont have to submit their daily status report, instead Maple CRM will generate and send it automatically on daily basis

But analytics can be improved in the CRM system to help the top management

For SMB's this CRM system is best as they are very cost-efficient and easy to implement within the organization. For 50-100 employees, this is best suited CRM software. For all the purposes this software is best, for email marketing, SMS marketing, Invoice creation, Estimate creation, and other required modules as well. 
So, we highly recommend Maple CRM to others as well for their business growth.

We are using Maple CRM for 4 years and at initial, it was simple CRM software but now they upgraded to several things. From sales to accounts to Documentation, we are now handling everything over the Maple CRM.
