What do you like best about Maple CRM?

I use Maple CRM for our daily activities, and it really helps streamline the workflow. It's very easy and simplified, making it efficient for us to regularly follow-up with our students. I also appreciate their very supportive customer support. Whenever we get stuck, we just call them or put an SR comment on the system, and they get back to us promptly. What do you like best about Maple CRM?

I have plenty to say good things about Maple CRM as I was using it the most (daily and almost every hour) as an administrator some of them could be -

1) Has almost all of the Objects/modules that can be used and easy to reach. They have been working on UI which hopefully will be rolled out soon.

2) There are learning videos that require extensive time and support. Although it can be made better.

3) The Support is fabulous. I would highlight the team and especially CSM Swetha working with us to listen and suggest if there could be something better that can be done.

4) Implementation is quite flexible. It is easy but might expect time.

5) Only platform where there could be Client Facing Accounts and Interaction.

6) Although limited integrations whichever is provided don't create a challenge mostly.

7) Can store the documents as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maple CRM?

There are certain modules/Objects that they focus less for instance it's Leads. Making less effort on the Marketing Integrations OR functions that might help the Marketing department more.
