**What do you like best about Lunchbox?**

Helps in menu management, drip campaigns, omnichannel ordering and sales analysis. It provides intelligence AI enabled virtual assistant to help customers place orders based on past activities. A very easy to use product with no hassle. It was very easy to integrate and implement the same at the outlets and the support from the product and customer support team is also satisfactory.

**What do you dislike about Lunchbox?**

It is not an all-in-one restaurant technology platform which increases the frequency to use the product multiple times and for different purposes.

**What problems is Lunchbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to maintain and update the restaurant menu, order management and other related tasks
