As a PC multiplayer the game, it has a lot of content (+35.000 words just in English), so localizing it is no simple task, and using Localize Direct's have brought us the best results. **What do you like best about Localize Direct?** Their work processes are amazing! They are always improving them, which is greatly appreciated and helps us improve the way we provide the localization guidelines for them. Everyone at LD is friendly and can be easily reached out to, no matter which department. LD has Localization Project Managers in our time zone (Americas), making it easy to reach out to them in our working hours. Last but not least, we feel like working with LD is an excellent cost/benefit ratio. **What do you dislike about Localize Direct?** Honestly, we have never had any downsizes on working with them. **Recommendations to others considering Localize Direct:** It's as simple as getting in touch with them and start working. Their job was to proofread the English translation from the previous translation agency because the translations contained a ton of terrible mistakes. **What do you like best about Localize Direct?** I liked the attitude of the managers. They were very polite and were always ready to assist or meet you halfway in case there was an issue. Also we were happy with the proofreading that LD has done. The texts got much more understandable. **What do you dislike about Localize Direct?** There were no drawbacks of working with Localize Direct. **What problems is Localize Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem was to restore the consistency of the huge amount of texts in INSOMNIA: The Ark, and Localize Direct did a great job on that. ### 4.
