Their performance suite management works well for my requirements and I am able to lend off my property for more profit. This helps a lot because we lease our current houses to CMU professors and staff and LoanLogics helps us a lot in managing our quality and assuring that we are making profit. **What do you dislike about LoanHD?** Their pricing is one of the thing which lets me down. It is too expensive and becomes hard for me allot a big chunk of my monthly limit on this. They should really work on that. Also, their interface looks archaic and they should update it as soon as possible to compete with other companies. **Recommendations to others considering LoanHD:** Would definitely recommend it to people looking to manage their mortgages on a big scale. It makes your work very easy and also sometimes helps you being profitable. **What problems is LoanHD solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it at CMU to allot housing leasing options to professors and staff here. We have been using it for the past year and have loved it so far. I have realized that it is easy for me to now manage my mortgages and still be in profit by managing them. ### 2. The rate sheet history and guidelines are a great resource (though the guidelines are not always up to date). The Encompass360 integration is not perfect, but it's effective. **What do you dislike about LoanHD?** The learning curve for administration is steep. Creating margins and adjustments and setting comp plans and par is spread over dozens of different screens, which allows for highly detailed settings; probably too highly detailed. It's easy to select the wrong option or make a mistake based on nebulous field titles and not realize until pricing is showing incorrectly. Constant testing and maintenance is required. There are also frequent rate upload issues and mistakes that need to be proven to customer support so they can be corrected, and there is no recourse for any losses the lender may incur as a result. **Recommendations to others considering LoanHD:** Understand its limitations in eligibility assessment, and learn investor overlays so you can apply them manually when locking. **What problems is LoanHD solving and how is that benefiting you?** The sell side reprice function makes worst case pricing calculation very quick.
