The (weekly) check-in with the team tops that off with proper team alignment, making OKRs the driving force behind decisions on where we spend time and energy. The UX is pretty good, however, design of the checkin screen could be a little better, sometimes i click a key result but i meant to click an objective. Just some minor thing, hope they polish this soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a way to keep track of your goals. It keeps the team informed about what's going on. We review our goals (and other highlights) every week together, and this is also the moment where helpful discussions as well as ideas arise to progress further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
