When we implemented OKRs, we still struggled to rally every team member behind them. As these things go, it was a list of objectives and priorities in a sheet, only to collect dust in the depths of our Google Drive. Loach has been a game changer for us: not only do we have a sweet overview.. team members actually own their own OKRs. The (weekly) check-in with the team tops that off with proper team alignment, making OKRs the driving force behind decisions on where we spend time and energy. **What do you dislike about Loach (OKR)?** Loach can get a bit crowded if you have a lot of OKRs and initiatives. Using loach forces you to work on a daily/weekly basis on your goals next to all other responsibilties so you don't loose sight of them ### 4. Just some minor thing, hope they polish this soon **What problems is Loach (OKR) solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) getting rid of the spreadsheet that are floating around and never work well because everybody loses them, make typos and dont update anything 2) saves me a bunch of time with chasing people for updates and tracking their actions.
