As these things go, it was a list of objectives and priorities in a sheet, only to collect dust in the depths of our Google Drive. Loach has been a game changer for us: not only do we have a sweet overview.. team members actually own their own OKRs. The (weekly) check-in with the team tops that off with proper team alignment, making OKRs the driving force behind decisions on where we spend time and energy.
