What do you dislike about Litify?

UI/UX Streamlining for Standard Users: While powerful, the interface can be complex for non-admin users. Certain features (like Appointments or Financial Summary) could benefit from more intuitive layouts, especially for roles with limited system permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve used Litify to overhaul our entire settlement process, optimize financial tracking (including attorney commissions and referral fees), and integrate third-party tools like EvenUp AI and SMS Magic for enhanced communication and automation. These integrations alone have saved our team hours each week and drastically reduced manual follow-up, boosting both efficiency and client satisfaction.

With Litify, we’ve been able to build and refine custom dashboards, task automation, and matter stage workflows tailored to each department’s needs. This level of customization has allowed us to ensure process compliance while empowering our attorneys and staff to focus on high-value work.

Litify’s support and our dedicated developer partner have also made it possible to pilot and implement new features in a sandbox environment before firm-wide rollout, ensuring smoother transitions and team adoption.

I appreciate Litify's clear and clean display, which makes navigating through the application more manageable and visually appealing. The ability to link records is also a feature I find particularly useful, as it enhances the organization and management of information, allowing me to seamlessly connect and access related data.
