Not Very User Friendly For Workers **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025 **What do you like best about Litify?** I like that you can search for a particular word or phrase in a case and it will show you any notes or documents with these words. **What do you dislike about Litify?** Litify is not proactive in helping you remember to do certain things. You have to actively look for things, they don't stand out. I am not a fan of the web-based programing and the faint lines and colors. I'd like to be able to customize it better for my individual needs. Additionally, it's not the most user friendly for the workers that input information. Something that would take me one or two clicks in Needles now takes me five or six clicks to accomplish in Litify. Everything takes longer to do. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching for certain things is quicker. Additionally, I value the capability of Litify to store files and set reminders, which are key functionalities for efficiently managing my work and calendar tasks. **What do you dislike about Litify?** {"I find it hard to save documents in Litify.
